The flag I received was a weird grey color that was not even remotely close to the pink in the file I submitted. When I reached out to resolve, they had nothing to offer. No reprint, no refund. Absolutely useless. Their excuse was that colors print differently on different materials, but I print on various media through various printers and have never had this poor of a result. Would not recommend.

We appreciated being alerted that our design was low resolution - we can imagine other sellers might just print whatever we submitted without checking in. Once the design was updated shipping was super quick and it's very high quality!

Purchased a custom neon sign and it stopped working in less than a year. I reached out to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I then asked them to recreate the exact same thing (I would pay full price) so I can mount it in the same spot and they told me I just have to reorder one and hope it's the same. Of course, it wasn't.

I've used BannerBuzz a handful of times and generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time. We submitted two files - one complete, and an additional one with Pantone and CMYK numbers for reference. The proof was of the file with the information, clearly not something that was meant for printing. This led to multiple phone calls and emails (all while on my vacation) and a final product that looked fine, but wasn't the requested colors despite Pantone match being confirmed. With that said, the item showed up on time and was fine enough and cost was reasonable. But I'm not sure I'll continue using BannerBuzz moving forward without hesitation.

Ordered Big cat heads - great quality. Didn't think we would care but in hindsight I believe a stick or "handle" or just something to hold on to it with would have been the only thing that could have improved this item.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
