I paid for priority shipping and got it several days later than expected. I asked for refund on the priority shipping charge and the denied. They said we don't give credits. I had a bad experience with the customer service rep Ash via chat. I would not recommend this company.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of my Big Head Cutouts. I did experience an issue related to delivery and was very pleasntly surprised at the high level of customer service I received. They sent me completely blank tent canopies with no logo or anything. Keep in mind this is a custom print company and I could get a blank tent for cheap anywhere. They have taken over 3 weeks to resolve this issue and they are not even letting me return the canopies for a refund. They are only giving me partial store credit for something that is completely their fault. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered two metal A-frames which are great quality and were delivered right on time. The only issue I ran into was that while the frames are advertised as 2'x3', the slot where plastic signs are inserted is exactly 2' wide, which means that a standard 2'-wide sign cannot slide into the opening. Thankfully I checked this before ordering my signs from a third party. The signs I ordered had to be 23.75"x35.75" in order to fit properly in the A-frames. Inconvenient, but not the end of the world. Overall, fantastic quality and service!

I approved an item weeks ago and your team still kept asking me to approve and then completely missed the original in-hands date and refuses to take accountability for the delay and wants me to pay $60 to rush ship. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. It's been weeks since my event took place that I ordered TWO BANNERS for, that to date, still have not arrived. According to Fedex, they are lost and Fedex recommends BannerBuzz resend. Will see if they do, but this is ridiculous. Will never order from here and again!

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
