I ordered this tablecloth for recruiting events and ordered and paid for it to be delivered by Aug 4th... we did not receive it until Aug 14th! This was because BannerBuzz kept claiming our Tax Exempt form was not correct. When I would correct it, I got an email saying thank you and the issue had been resolved... but still no product. I then would get another email a few hours later saying I had a balance of the taxes due and I had to pay it in order to get my product. I reached out again... same thing. I had to reach out around 5 times to get this order placed correctly and to FINALLY get my product but I had to request a refund and a bad review to get it done. It was very disheartening as we really would have loved this product when we requested it.

Website design tool dloes not allow for you to see step and repeat patterns, it only shows one giant logo when uploading.
Please don't do it, it's like recreating a whole new order, and then this issue of having to have more than 50 characters before you can submit is dumb

I ordered navy blue and got a purple blue canopy. This is not ok because I called and asked for verification that it was actually navy blue because the proof actually looked more royal. We received it and it was more purple blue and they won't send us the correct color. Otherwise the product is fine but very disappointing because this is for a school and the colors represent us and right now they look like our neighboring schools colors not ours!

I hired a designer to create a custom design for me. Little did I know that when I reordered I would not have access to the design I created and purchased. Instead I would have to work with the designer and pay additional designer fees for any changes. I wanted the design so in the future I could swap out images but keep the overall layout. Even if I stuck with the same design with the same photos, I found out I would still have to pay a designer fee. I think they are making way more money off the design fee than they should be. I paid for the design, I should be able to have access to it in the "my designs" section

If you wish to reorder the same product and artwork within 180 days of the previous order, you can use the reorder option without paying the Hire a Designer fee again. However, for different artwork from the previous order, we charge a minimal Hire a Designer fee to create the new design as per your needs.
To retrieve your previous order’s editable file, our team has offered you the best possible charges. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact us.

First tried to use the design tool to make a table clothe, would not save or let me continue. I tried multiple browsers and wasted hours so I went to another site. The banner I got with pole pockets, It showed me where the safe printing zone was, kept the image in there even though it looked small expecting the pole pocket area to be folded over. Received the banner with tons of excess and the design being in a small section of the banner. Asked for them to replace it and they offered 30% off a new one. Never would I put more money in to this company.

I ordered this product specifically because of the "guaranteed shipping" information provided on their website. It was due to arrive a few days prior to our event, which I felt comfortable with. Not only did it NOT arrive on time, but I never received any calls back or compensation from the company when I called to express my disappointment. The banner did finally arrive the following week and looks great. Unfortunately, it is sitting in a box as the event had already passed.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
