Poor Service in 2025 In 2024, we had a dedicated account manager — this year, that role has been eliminated. Instead, you're forced to deal with a call centre that rarely answers, and when they do, you spend hours reviewing details only to have them come back wrong. Be sure to double-check every deadline — the timelines they advertise are inaccurate. When we spoke to Banner Buzz, we were given incorrect production timeframes, which meant we wasted valuable time working on designs. To make matters worse, they delivered the wrong product: we ordered mesh vinyl banners and received standard vinyl instead. We also specifically requested grommets on certain items, and those were not done either. After two successful years working with them, this is the last year we will use their services. We will not work with them again.

When the prints finally got here after beings stuck in customs in Memphis for over a week, I opened them to find the roll of vinyl prints had been smashed on both end. The wrinkles in the vinyl from the damage in shipping caused the ink to chip away and reveal the white vinyl. I will attach a pic if possible.

I specifically paid for my package to be here on 08/07. I would have NEVER paid more for shipping if the website didn't state "get it BY 08/07". Because it didn't arrive on that date or prior, I was unable to complete my project. They refuse to give me even one red cent back. Just go elsewhere with actual customer service because this is NOT it. They would have had a forever client, but now I'll be taking my business as well as my clients to another company.

Easy to order a custom banner. The last several banners I had done were perfect and looked just like the artwork I sent.
Requested a banner with only top grommets by selecting the "Top Only" option on the website, which should have been a total of two grommets at the top in the corners. This data apparently does not get to the production facility. I got a banner with two at the top, two at the sides and two at the bottom and they told me I have to write out those instructions. Despite paying for expedited service, the product didn't arrive until after my event. After all of this, they wouldn't even refund me for that product, instead saying they could only give me store credit. Now they won't even give me store credit because I no longer have their shipping label.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
