Ordered using assurance plus to ensure I received by a specific date. Chased from the day I ordered and still been told it won't arrive until 7 days after the delivery date. Their 85% positive reviews ended in November 2025. Checked trust pilot and google review and don't be disappointed

Very happy with this company! They have given prompt service every time. The first set arrived slightly damaged and they are now sending me another to make up for this. Really happy and will be ordering from here again!

Ordering process was a bit confusing, but not as much as the follow up emails which told me they were closing my ticket as they had not heard from me, even though they replied to my email.Lots of confusion as to whether the order had been completed & posted to.Very pleased with items once they finally arrived, so gave a 4 star score. Not sure I would want to go through that again though.

Ordered the banner with a poor image which the team pointed out to me at design review stage and even tidied up the higher definition image I sent. Banner is fantastic, really sharp lines and great contrast, arrived swiftly and exactly what I wanted. Will definitely use them again should I need another banner!

We contacted this company to request a few customisations to a quote. These were clearly discussed and agreed over the phone before placing the order. After the order was accepted, they later changed their position and said they would not carry out the agreed customisations. This led to 2/3 days of back-and-forth, despite us reiterating that everything had been agreed in advance. They then informed us the order was "on hold" and would be delayed by at least 4/5 days, stating they would not proceed without our confirmation of the new delivery date. We responded that we did not accept the delay and requested to cancel the order. However, they have now claimed the item has already been started despite previously stating multiple times that no work would begin without our approval, and are now refusing a refund. This has been the worst customer service experience we've had in a B2B transaction.

I know that shipping isn't in your full control, but more support needs to be provided when there are shipping delays -- especially when we pay much extra for rush. Our banners arrived 3 days after our event and when I flagged this prior to it being so late, the support I received was beyond frustrating and dismissive. And in the end it didn't work out as I expected, so I was even more frustrated.

Received the decals for a business shop window. They had to be binned as the pixel quality was not great at all and looked very amateur. Disappointed as I've previously ordered from here and was satisfied with the purchase

I needed some banners to attach to a fancy dress costume for the London Marathon and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. They turned out clearer than expected. I really appreciate the person who adjusted a bit of wording into a curved shape. It makes it look far better than my effort.

The banner design and delivery were prompt and exactly as expected. Unfortunately, the banner was damaged in transit, which was disappointing. That being said, the customer service team handled the issue brilliantly—offering a refund quickly and without hassle. Their support was 10/10, and for this reason, I would definitely use them again.

Am still a newbie, I kept making mistakes. I had to change my banner image several times, even after submitting for production. BB pointed out the errors and we got it sorted. The banner is amazing. Thank you so much.

I ordered ultra premium vinyl and it definitely looks and feels that way. The band logo I submitted is large and clear, no bleeding, sharp edges. Delivery time was good too especially as it appeared to be shipped form India. Will deffo use again

Overall, the experience with the flag banners has been quite disappointing due to multiple quality issues. The graphics appear faded and washed out, which makes the banners look old and reduces their visibility from a distance. The print quality doesn't feel sharp or vibrant, and the overall finish looks below the expected standard. On top of that, the hardware and stitching also seem poorly finished. The banner sleeve wasn't sewn properly, causing the material to sit unevenly and crumple instead of stretching out smoothly. This affects the presentation significantly and makes the banners look untidy once installed. Combined, these issues give an unprofessional look and don't reflect well on the overall branding display.

I paid extra for express delivery because I needed the banner for an event, but unfortunately it didn't arrive in time. Customer service explained that delivery is not 100% guaranteed, which was very frustrating. As for the print quality, it wasn't as sharp as I expected — the colours looked a bit blurred up close. This might have been due to the file I submitted, but I feel the company should have flagged this before going ahead with printing as part of their quality control. On the positive side, the price of the banner (excluding the express service) is cheaper compared to other companies in the UK. Overall though, I was left disappointed.

Price is fantastic. They picked up issues with my images which I had ok'd but they phoned and emailed to double check that I was happy and point out the issues again and helped me resolve them.

A quick and prompt service.provided. A great.range of product at competitive prices. I would highly recommend bannerbuzz and will use their services again.

I spent some time initially working out what style of banner was available and what information I would need to supply. Then there was the difficulty of providing images of a logo and a QR code which were suitable for copying. (Perhaps it would have reduced the time involved if I had been able to speak with someone rather than attempting to solve the problem using the chatbox facility.) As mentioned above, once that problem had been resolved, the process was thereafter trouble-free. Presumably because of the extra time it took to agree the design, the original delivery date was missed. However, delivery took place shortly thereafter.

We've purchased two items now from Bannerbuzz and have been so impressed with the product/service we received. High quality fabric, easy ordering process (I've used both the "upload your own" and the designer on the website itself), quality printing especially as we ordered large items. Great service too both over the phone and with quick turnaround and delivery times. Would 100% recommend!

For the amount of choice, the free help with adjusting the quality (to be excellent), the speed of production and delivery, I cannot fault this company. I was also able to get a good discount which made the price amazing too. The only issue for me, was that with not being computer literate, I did need a little help with 'making' the poster.

Flag was made as a tribute to my mother in law for her funeral. It was that good we placed it on her coffin in the hearse and in at the service. Wonderful job thank you for making it so special.

The design process was reasonably easy and they checked the quality of images. One thing to be aware of, this was air freighted into Stanstead so it is not actually made in the UK, however, it was delivered on the day specified so it was not delayed.

Ordering and uploading artwork was straightforward. Following confirmation of order I noticed event dates were incorrect. Emailed problem and also via chat function. The latter was excellent and customer service advisor was able to correct my order and allowed me to upload amended artwork. There was a problem as revised proofs sent through still showed the original dates. Contacted the customer services the next morning and explained the issue - the advisor reassured me that the correct dates would be printed although emailed proof to sign off still had original dates. However, pleased to say that when order arrived the banners had the correct dates. The banners arrived earlier than expected - excellent quality and at a good price. Will definitely use again.

We ordered a flag to wave at an anniversary concert. We ordered it two weeks before opening night and it arrived with 5 days to spare. Nice quality and great printing

Ordered my A board from BannerBuzz and was really happy with the end product, the website was easy to use and the quality of the product is good. Only - is that the print was darker than expected. But 100% recommend.

Real hassle with delivery company. They kept trying to delivery while giving no notice, thus it was impossible to make arrangments, meaning I didn't get the products till 4 days after I was supposed to.

Ordering was easy, communication over the final design was quick and easy, very responsive company. The order arrived promptly and we are very happy with the result. All at a very good price!

Shipping and insurance is miles too expensive overrated should not have been that much the product itself was good if it wasn't for the shipping and insurance I would use them again but never am I gonna do it again and £18 for something that would normally cost tracked and insured 4 pound

The communication and service is not something I would want to experience again. Despite being a UK based company, all operations are in in India, which in itself is not a problem, but affects the service. Twice unconfirmed that the item had to be stuck in the inside facing out and they agreed, but the item arrived to be stuck in the outside. It also arrived 2 days later than they told me on the website. I hired a designer and they asked if I preferred communication by email or phone and I pick phone... No phone call. The image they asked me to approve was exactly the image I sent to them but they were not able to generate a perforated version of the image so that I could actually see what it would look like, which defeats the object of approving. All in all, I wouldn't use again.

Terrible experience ordering from this company. I ordered these two banners for an Open Day event at our University. I specifically paid £100 extra for express delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. Delivery was due on 10th September, with the event being on 13th. At the time of writing, it is 22nd September and still only one part of my order has arrived. I called the customer service team who were helpful to be fair to them, but it is clear nothing was going to be done to ensure I received my items unless I had gotten in contact. The company take little responsibility for ensuring the items get to you once they have been created and sent off for delivery. The items are shipped from India and have to go through many checks which can delay things. They used UPS as the courier on the UK who claimed they were unable to find the address I provided, but made no effort to get in contact with me, despite me having provided a contact number.

Easy to design, and the staff are very helpful if you get it wrong. If the photos etc. aren't large enough for the banner you designed, they will enlarge them for you.

Paid extra for express delivery the item was supposed to arrive by the 13th October, it finally arrived on the 27th. To be fair the product is quite good but you need to allow a long delivery time as it will be arriving from India. Which i wasn't aware of.

What great experiance. Took a while to get the proof right, but once that was doen they produced the flags and delivered them within 3 days. Outstanding, and they look great on the car, too.

I ordered the banner thinking it would arrive within the gime frame i needed it for an event. It didnt turn up til 4 days too late and ihad to buy another one from another co. It said on the tracking coming via India when i thought it was uk. Ive emailled several times to get a refund or at least a reply... nothing not happy

Arrived with edges damaged or bent on the film meaning it wont stick to glass propery on edges. The design in the middle wrapped with masking tape meant when pealing away it would damage, stretch and remove the logo design from the glass

I was sent a sticker instead of a decal and because I wasn't toldi damaged it during installation. The backing paper wasn't backing paper but part of the sticker. Will not use this service again instead I will use vista print. Faster delivery and better service. To your email and comment, i thank you for your offer and trying to help but as I said please delete my account and I will use a different service provider.

Avoid at all costs, shocking bad company and really unhelpful. Wish I had looked at their poor feedback rather than google advert

Came to Bannerbuzz after recieving a poor quality product elesewhere, and am now a very happy customer... much recommended:-)

I made an order with BannerBuzz on 17/08/25 and on Friday 22/08/25 at 9.05am, I received an email stating it had been shipped and my estimated date for delivery was Wednesday 27/08/25. Yesterday, I logged in to see if there was a delivery window to see my parcel had apparently been delivered the day before but it hadn't as it wasn't at my home and we hadn't had anyone try to deliver. I went on to UPS' website to get further information and the photo of proof of delivery showed a grey door, with orange bricks and pink flowers to the right of it. My front door is white with brown bricks and I have a plants outside. None of my neighbours have the Greg door and it's a completely different colour to my neighbouring buildings. I do not know where UPS have delivered my parcel to. I called BB and I was told I had to raise this as a query online because she couldn't help me - defeats the object of a helpline really. I log the request as instructed and I am told I would get a reply within 24hrs - guess what, I don't. I only recieved a reply at 5.50pm from Glen. Glen clearly doesn't care about customer service as he has inaccuracies in his email. Apparently Fed-ex can cause delays and don't operate on the weekends. Good to know but the delivery company was UPS and today is Thursday. Furthermore, he said that UPS say it's delivered so nothing he can do. Yes Glen, it was delivered but not to me. Not to my house. Not my front door. I clearly do not trust this company and I highly advise people to avoid and use a different company. I have replied to Glen asking for a refund but I have also been in touch with my bank who say if BB don't give me a refund, they will do it instead because they can clearly see that it's not been delivered to the right address unlike Glen at BB.

Where do I start I ordered a 3m tube man and 1.8m fan my fault totally, issue being screw fell out of fan on first use rattling banging, complained and get told I ordered wrong size, so I need to order new size fan which I did, but went back and said fan still not fit for purpose they eventually agreed and wanted me to pay an upgrade to a larger fan but had already ordered a bigger one so didn't want this, in the meantime the larger one I upgraded too arrived but it was in fact another smaller one so I have now paid £60 extra for a fan that I paid a lot less for and now have two small fans one not fit for purpose and other not what I even ordered… absolute joke, I cannot understand how this can be so much hassle.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! It is indeed a shame that I have to give 1 star - when zero should be an option. **** AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! **** I ordered a banner that should have arrived 29th June. I received tracking info from Bannerbuzz that showed a Fedex parcel coming from India. I watched it travel (late) to France and then to the UK. I then watched it go up and down the UK - but never delivered to me. I emailed Bannerbuzz MULTIPLE TIMES - zero response. I emailed their CEO - zero response. I eventually got through to Fedex who advised that the tracking reference I had been given did not even have my name and address on it - it had somebody else's! I am having to organise a recharge via paypal. DO YOURSELF AN IMMENSE FAVOUR AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
