To fill out the address information was a bit tricky. There are two address lines. One for the civic number and one for the name of the street. This should be specified..
Why two addrees line? One for the civic number and one for the road. If that is the case then may i suggest that you specify: 1 line for civic number and 1 line for name of street/road
I ordered several items for a big event. Before placing the order, I called them and got confirmation that they will deliver on time. Did not get the items on time. The website gives a Canadian address but it is not made in Canada instead it comes from India. No surprise that it never made it. It is nearly impossible to speak to a rep. Even when we were able reach them. They kept telling us that we reached the wrong department and it is beyond their control to help. They blame the courier company but the courier company is not to be blames as they choose the cheapest shipping service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COST.
The payment part of your site seems to be really buggy. If your site hadn't come recommended by other vendors I would have thought it was a scam site. 3 times I had to enter my payment info for it to finally go through and I'm wondering if you m if he have processed payment twice for the same order as twice I confirmed Apple Pay payment. But the first time never went to a confirmation screen, just froze and I never got confirmation email etc. Also spelling errors on sites make me weary- on the payment page at the bottom beside the orange "place order" button it says payment summery (should be summary). Anyways I pray you only charged me once and my order arrives but let's just say I'm not feeling very confident right now.
Update- I received my order in a reasonable time. Wish the table covers were folded properly rather than being so rumpled in the bag they were shipped in. Otherwise seems good quality.

Tried to get service and called regarding order and put in for a call back. When I received the call back it was a recording telling me to go to the website for chat assistance. Poor service process when a promise to recieve a called back was requested.

Was quick and easy for this project. Delivered on time and almost perfect. The fold was slightly off, which would not be noticeable if hanging the sign. We put it on a sandwich board so to adjust a little to line up. This is very minor but if you're a bit of a perfectionist you would notice it. I'm happy enough that we will order more.

Dealing with BannerBuzz has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service business. I could not get a correct proof, no matter how many times I tried, nor could I received any help, either on the phone or in the chat. I spent the entire day with the chat open, from 9:30 until 5:00, I connected with 9 different "people", and no one could even give me a straight answer. I'm not even sure I was chatting with a real person and not a bunch of different bots with different names! Worst. Company. Ever.

I made an order of yard signs (6) and magnet signs (4) with a delivery date of June 28 2023, the order was shipped out of India to two separate packages. The first package arrived early on June 26 which was a pleasant surprise and I figured the second would arrive the next day. The package did not arrive by the expected date - I contacted the company who indicated they would look into this and email me. I did not receive an email 24-48 hours later. I reached out again on July 3 and was told they would look into it and send me an email 24-48 hours later. I demanded to speak with a supervisor, who eventually called me and indicated that they would look into this and asked me to wait until Thursday (July 6) for a resolution. After not hearing from the company again, I attempted to reach out to support. After a lengthy wait, I was finally advised that my issue would be looked into and to wait 24-48 hours for a response. At this point its been nearly two weeks since the expected delivery date. Half of the order that was shipped at the same time has arrived and the other half was not put on the same plane and is now no where to be found. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company due to the missing shipment and moving my business back to Vista Print which is local to Canada, shipping is faster, and support is far more superior as they put making it right with the customer ahead of continuously making the customer wait. With Vista Print, I would have already received a replacement for the missing package already.

The site was easy to navigate and to process. I custom designed a logo for my racing vehicle. The cost delivered for 2 sets of decals including shipping and taxes was $27.00. This sounded to good to be true and delivery was in 10 days. Everything was delivered on time and was great quality. I will be ordering again.

Answer: Do not trust this Company they are pure Scammers. They will show you a picture on their web site and will send a complete different product. I ordered this https://www.bannerbuzz.com/signicade-deluxe-black/p and paid 56.00 dollars they sent me 2 piece of printed paper 2 by 3 wort a dollar each a the dollar store. They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If this review does not appear I will make sure its shown somewhere else all over the social media and on google reviews. What is the BannerBuzz' return policy? If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
