The site was easy to navigate and design my banner. Unfortunately, my sizing was off. I ordered an 8 x 10 banner but should have ordered an 8 x 8. That's my fault, though not theirs. I was thinking a standard tradeshow booth was 10 feet wide but it is only 8 feet wide. The stand is adjustable though so we made it work.

We are a corporation that has a PO box for our address. The product was shipped to an empoyee's home. We couldn't use our corporate credit credit card due to the PO box, even for billing purposes. This is crazy. You don't need to ship an invoice; it can just be emailed. Our employee had to use their own credit card because of this policy. I'd give them a 10 star rating if they remove the refuse to acceppt a credit card with a PO box address for payment.

We ordered banners 20 days ago; however, due to the design team, the proof wasn't received in a timely manner; Therefore, the order that was supposed to be received on time after two weeks got delayed. Even, when the actual order was received, it was partially delivered and the partial order was lost. The banners were required for the convention that happened over the weekend.
Numerous phone calls were made to resolve the issue in a timely manner; however, no resolutions were made, and we had to suffer the loss. Furthermore, the hold over the phone was significantly long and intentional.

Most of the employees at this company are Indians and represent certain religions. Dealing with them, they didn't leave any opportunity to take revenge whatever that would be.

The design tips were very helpful for making the design for the banner. Very easy to navigate site overall. The design is good quality. No issues at all
The banner has very bad wrinkles in it from the way it was packed and shipped if they would roll it using a hard tube it wouldn't happen
I was not able to see proof of my artwork/ order until placing the order. Wold have been better to make sure it was correct. I'd like confirmation my artwork will look as submitted, once printed, before placing my order. Finally it looked excellent- very clear and well done, good quality and shipped on time. Thank you.

WHERE DO I START?
Their website does not work when they send you a link. The email address *******@BANNERBUZZ.CA DOES NOT EXIST. Their pull-down menus do not apply. The links for approval do not work. They put you on hold four times or more to address one small confirmation. You cannot reply to any of their emails yet there is no "does not accept reply" notice. YIKES
They now are not likely to make the deadline.

All I want are the 2 missing half side wall rails that I paid for!. I wish I could rate this a zero star! The absolute worst service I have ever received. They forgot to include 2 crucial parts needed for a canopy tent frame I have purchased of almost $1700.00. I cannot use it! It has been over 3 weeks and every time I call the representatives inform me that it is ready to be sent or has been sent or will be shipped between 24 and 48hrs. Which is it? My missing items still have not been shipped yet. They lie and have untrained Indian representatives to take your calls which are very hard to understand. They take your money and afterwards have zero factor. If you have an important event do not trust them to be on time or fulfill your order on the time they promised. They have ruined a big business event for me hence why I purchased the canopy tent. I am really not happy. Also they messed up a huge print for the tent back wall and are trying to make me pay for a replacement. Be very careful before ordering. Looks like an India based company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and other authorized organizations to post complains. I have had enough! These guys are Scammers and not a Toronto based company. Beware! Answer: Do not trust this Company they are pure Scammers. They will show you a picture on their web site and will send a complete different product. I ordered this https://www.bannerbuzz.com/signicade-deluxe-black/p and paid 56.00 dollars they sent me 2 piece of printed paper 2 by 3 wort a dollar each a the dollar store. They refused any return and refuse to refund me despite the policy displayed on the website. If this review does not appear I will make sure its shown somewhere else all over the social media and on google reviews. What is the BannerBuzz' return policy? If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, BannerBuzz will send a replacement banner with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced banner. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Do not trust them, they have no customer service, their call center is based in India they do not even speak English you can not understand them. Please save your money
