Love everything except the no grommet option

Quick and quality. And. I think the customer service will fix the grommet issue.

I already submitted something to address this, so surprised to see this review request. Would be easier to fill with reporting that issue was addressed. Hoping it will through this before I otherwise need to call. Thank you in advance. The end product is really nice!
