They sent me a botched product.They refused to take responsibility for it saying I sent a faulty image. I then tried another company and it was perfect.

I ordered tin signs with my business logo and the colour on the logo was printed fluorescent yellow instead of gold. Our logo was also printed vertically instead of horizontally which is incorrect and wasn't clear on the art proof I was sent. I tried to return the signs but was unable to according to their customer service rep. Very disappointed in the quality of the items and annoyed that I am now stuck with a product I can't use.

Absolute garbage company to work with. On more than one occasion (thought I'd give them a second chance) they have messed up my order. This time, they printed the front of a folded business card upside down. They say it's my fault as I proofed it. What I saw was the same proof from my previous order which was fine. I just re-ordered and made one small change and a font change. I moved one line from the top to the bottom of the card. Get with the program BannerBuzz. I know thousands of business people to whom I will share this experience. See both samples in the photo...same style, same direction, yet the top one, came to me printed upside DOWN! It is not rocket science folks, or is it for this company!
My client was pleased but unfortunately my banner showed up on a Monday when I needed it for an event on the Saturday. I tied to call costumer service but that didn't work so I ended up going on the chat where Patrick tried to help me out. I even offered to pay an extra fee to get the banner to me the date that I wanted. Was told that they would get back to me and never heard from anyone. Thank god its a banner that they can use in the future.
As last time, very easy and I appreciated the help in getting them set correctly.
Good price and well made banners, get some once a year and I'm never disappointment. Appreciate the fact that when they thought the image was going to be too low quality to produce the banner, they got a hold of me to let me know and give me a chance to improve the image.

A preview of the item with my artwork would have been nice.
Ordering and payment was easy. The tablecloth itself is cut in such a way that the corners are exposed and it looks cheap. I'd love to have the missing pieces to stick them in to cover the corners. Now I have to go out to the fabrics store and buy material to cover the corners. Won't order anymore of those.

I couldn't find any option to custom make it, so I had to connect to customer service. And the lady on customer service just kept telling me to go and Press the option to custom design it. Except there was no option to do that. She had a hard time understanding that I had no option for that. In the end, she was helpful and added it to the cart for me once she understood my issue.
