Easy to order and the end product looks nice; however, the customer service could use some work. Response time and actual knowledge of what is going on with the orders is quite poor. Also, if you're a Canadian company, why is everything based out of India? I am assuming customer service and I know the product ships out of India. It's quite misleading.

My order was never received. It was caught in customs from China, and UPS refused to let it through without my paying additional brokerage fees. I missed my events because this "Canadian" site can't ship to Canada.
