I received my item broken i call stay on hold for an hour no one answers choose the call back option no one calls i sent two emails no responds i would have loved to order again they have nice stuff but i won't have had terrible experience for my first time
I ordered a desk on 6/5 and have called 3 times(on hold for between 45mins-2hrs) and emailed 8 times with zero response. This company will take your money and run. Stay away, it is a fraud!
I purchased my dining table lights and also purchased a hand painted antique dresser and I am very happy with both products and the quick delivery. Bailey Street Home is true to their products, customers and quality!
I ordered 2 crystal lamps twice from this company. What I received were 2 very ugly cheap looking plates, BOTH times.
I called and emailed multiple times and never received a response.
Fortunately, I ordered them through Walmart and received my money back.
I'm convinced they are a scam.

I have attempted to resolve an issue with Bailey Street Home for approximately one month. I left two emails because I couldn't reach anyone by phone and finally left two messages on their website. I received a ticket number, but never received any response until I left a review on Sitejabber. After leaving that review, they finally responded, saying they wanted to help, but I have heard nothing since.
Great quality and price. Will be nice fur both Shower and Wedding. I ordered more!
This was the WORST experience I have ever had. Quick to take my money but beyond snail slow for producing product. Called multiple times no call back and no response on emails until able to email someone directly. I WILL NOT recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered a lumbar pillow cover that was advertised as being blue and mustard in color. When it arrived, it is definitely not blue, but is gray and mustard. I had bought it to go with a blue and mustard stripped comforter and it will not work with it, but I am going to keep it anyway and try to use it somewhere else in my house. The description of the product should be revised to accurately reflect the colors of the item. It is a beautiful pillow cover, but just not blue and mustard that I had hoped I would receive.

While I knew when I ordered the pizza board that it would hold a 24" size pizza, I didn't expect it to be 1-1/2" thick and weigh 5 pounds! It is quite a feat trying to hold the heavy board with one hand and slide a hot pizza onto it with the other.
Easy site to maneuver, great products
My experience with this place was the worst customer service ever, I was trying to place an order for a desk and when it went into my cart it was taken out and the price changed. I called several times was on hold for a very long time and then finally got someone in customer service they always said that is not my department I was transferred to a voice mail with no return calls emails were not answered as well, would not recommend as there are real companies that appreciate their customers.
