I was having a big problem with my 2007 Ford Focus SES 2.0 riving up and down to the sound of unbearable driving. So I went to AutoZone Store #2384. There I came in touch with a young man by the name of Austin. Within a matter of a few minutes he diagnoised my problem and was able to fix it. So I would highly recommend this chain of stores to anyone having a problem big or small. They have people trained and waiting.
I purchased a rebuilt alternator and I installed it but it didn't work. AutoZone ordered another one for me which I picked up the next day when it arrived. I got home ready to install and I realized that the pulley was not turning and it was completely locked up. I went back and they ordered another one for me. The next day I went to pick it up but they had ordered a new instead of rebuilt one by mistake and claimed that the rebuilt part will arrive that evening. At 5:45PM I called to see if my part was in, they said it's in ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up instead of the rebuilt one they ordered another new one. The manager took responsibility for the goof up and decided to give me the new one for the price of a rebuilt one which is $40 more.
I picked up the new part, installed it and it's charging at 14.6 volts. Perfect!
The back and forth was exhausting and a lot of my time was wasted.
The aggravation to clients could be eliminated if Duralast/Autozone implemented a better system of quality control. If the current trend continues, clients are going to leave Autozone for a car part store has better quality control and quality parts.
Pia provides excellent customer service getting parts that are difficult to find goes out of her ways to make it happen greatly appreciate her efforts!

I bought a car battery from here and the worker installed it within 5 minutes. The battery went dead 6 months later and I have a warranty on it. I went to autozone in absecon nj where Frank was very rude and racist. This man refused to assist me with replacing my battery that was under warranty and cut me off when I wanted to purchase a key battery! Do not shop at autozone go to advanced auto. I hate this place. I went to the one in eht and they were rude too and would not help me. Ashly was very y rude and defended her rude employee.

About 8 months ago I bought a battery for my in-laws car that by AZ was a H7-DLG and I told the rep I want it something better than that and he indicated me a H8-DLG with is 900CCA vs 800CCA and I was told that battery has a 36 months warranty. Last week the battery died so I jump start the car, drove it to AZ parking lot and remove the battery on the parking lot. Took battery inside and for my surprise I was told that the battery on my account was an H7 and not the H8 so they can't get me any warranty and to test the battery I had to wait for an hour. I am so disappointed with the service that as long I remember this I won't get into any AZ store...
I keep getting bad starters from autozone and they don't work all the time been thur starts 8 time since last year rebuild one's don't last plus all the time they don't check the starters they just put a pass sticker on it waste of money lawsuit time
Purchase brake pads and rotors kit for car. The rotors were good and so was the rear brake pads. The front brake pads were incorrect even though the website said that kit fit my car. So I purchased the front brake pads and thought I could return the other front break pads that didn't work. Went to local store first and they couldn't do anything because it wasn't in their system so i emailed the company. Below is what I was told.

Allow us to kindly inform you that we are unable to exchange or refund one part of the kit only. The whole kit has to be returned. With the information below you may return it to any local AutoZone store. Keep in mind, we have a 90-day return policy.

Ordered a part that was listed as being delivered the next day and 3 days past and I called to find out why delay. I was told the part had to be special ordered and that the person forgot to contact me to let me know. I asked to cancel the order and was told that it could not be cancelled because the part was being shipped within a week. I relied on getting the part next day as I was told and I took the car apart in preparation for getting the part. Now I have my car taken apart and sitting for a week in the driveway. Very poor service and communication and I am not happy. Now I have no car, and have to wait and order a part locally from a different supplier for more money. VERY UNRELIABLE STORE AND VERY POOR COMMUNICATION ON A DELAY THAT IF KNOWN, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE, AND MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED FOR A PART I DONT HAVE AND A REFUND IS REFUSED.
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN from store 2244 las vegas These people are so lazy, the Lil chunky girl is the worse ever. I went in, there were 4 people doing n g nothing g, and only one other customer. I wanted a battery, si plde sale to make, but she refused to sell me a battery and said due to covid they couldn't I stall it anyway. WTF kind of excuse can you make? Needless to say, I had to go to a different auto store for my 200 $ battery. I guess the workers at this store decided that autozone doesn't want customers if they have to work in any form. STAY AWAY, there are mu h better auto stores out there. Remember Pep Boys,,, they went underandbecame a tire store, this autozone wants the same thing, soon go there or you will have parts that no longer have a warranty due to out of business. I hope they hurry up and close their stores. Cheap worthless parts and Terri le customer service. Don't bother calling the regional. Anger, he will ignore ycalland complai t. BE SMART AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
I go to AutoZone buy all the parts to redo my front end of my truck have tires put on alignment and I don't even make it home my tie rod comes out I hit a walnut tree in my driveway thank God I was in my driveway or I would have probably killed myself or someone else. Then I'm taking all the information that I need to give them cuz I was under the impression if they was going to fix it I have a little blonde here lady tell me get the $#*! out of her store don't ever $#*!ing come back and with that being said I'm in line at the store the other night and I hear a couple safe that's the guy that she told to get the $#*! out of her store wrong totally wrong you don't talk to your customers that way especially after you sell them a faulty carport I've been without a truck for two and a half months and they say they ain't going to do nothing about it how's that possible a tie rod just doesn't fall out does anybody have any comments on this cuz I think it's bull crap they are responsible they sold me the part that I haven't even been refunded for you I called today he says where you going to bring the part in he's had the part cuz he had to send it in to see why it failed but I don't get reimbursed for I'm already getting screwed out of my truck because of AutoZone I guess I'll have to just hire my attorneys myself don't get nothing done they won't do nothing get my attorneys on it something to happen. The register doesn't add properly. The items entered several times correctly but the register didn't add the items together properly The sales associates are rude unhelpful and dismissive. They do not have books available for finding correct filters etc.

My son-in-law was there 24 hours earlier also needing a battery for his North Carolina vehicle.

I ordered a part on Nov 21st and said part was to arrive on the 23rd. Nope! On the 23rd, I received an email that my order was delayed and there was no time frame for when it would arrive. Called the 1-800 number and was was basically told, sorry there is nothing we can do. I couldn't cancel the order so I ended up buying from Rock Auto. Should have gone there first!
Jasmine help work out a confusing parts issue for my truck brakes and was happy to do so. I will go back and I find myself buying more and more parts from Autozone.

The store manager Eddy was very kind and helpful. I enjoy coming to this store just to get advice from him. He really knows his stuff and always makes me leave satisfied with more knowledge.
I seem to always go to my local AutoZone for a New Corvette battery. AutoZone really does have the best prices for a battery. Plus I'll help you install it if you need to help. You really can't beat that thank you guys!
On October 19,5:30 pm, I tried to purchase a motorcycle battery from AutoZone in Montgomery, Texas. My son was stranded about 20 miles away on the side of the road, therefore I was in a hurry. The clerk, 20s, full beard, short- about 5' 5", showed me the rack of motorcycle batteries. I asked for his help, and he informed me that "This is an Auto Parts store, not a Cycle or ATV parts store". He walked away and refused to assist me. I then drove 1 minute to O'Reilly's who was happy to help me. I also told them about my AutoZone encounter. One of their clerks told me about a lady asking for a boat item from this AutoZone store, and they had her follow them outside, pointed to the sign and asked her if it said anything about Boats. The Montgomery AutoZone has a systematic problem with poor customer service, and the Manager is either condoning or perhaps encouraging such behavior. Everyone I have told (and I am telling everyone!) has stories highlighting the poor service and stating they will not ever go back to AutoZone.
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
