Had an exhaust manifold that was bad. So I replaced both sides! 3 years later. And 7,000 miles and the passenger side cracked in half in the middle! And every bolt and the manifold have excessive rust so bad that I can't even take the bolts out to replace it! Pissed off! Cheap jap crap parts is all they seam to offer...
Went to go have my battery charged, was told I had to take it out and bring it in. Well being a girl I couldn't just whip out my tool box and bring it inside. I had trouble with it trying to start all day I googled online for places that charged batteries for free and it pulled up auto zone with a picture of an employee charging the battery outside that's why I stopped in. When I told the guy which I'm assuming was a manager because he was wearing a dark shirt that I didnt know how to take it out he rolled his eyes and walked away from me! I understand that they must have certain procedures they must follow but he could have at least been kind about it... I will never shop there again. Alcoa Tennesee
I went to the AutoZone in Arlington, TX. I went in because my battery started dying. They looked up my account and saw that I purchased a battery about 11 months ago. They didn't even check my old battery, they just grabbed a new one off the shelf and installed it in my car. Completely amazed on how easy they are. I will always by my batteries from AutoZone.

They are quick and on target. I will go back and tell others about your store. It's easy to see why they are at the top of the parts world.
Too many times they have given me the wrong parts. I dropped s battery off to be charged and still the next day it wasn't charged cuz they forgot to put it on charger. They really suck
I recently went to the Auto Zone (store # 3939) on Penn Avenue in Sinking Springs PA to purchase a battery for my wife's Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle was at the dealership and I was unable to get the Jeep to Auto Zone. I was intending on being able to drive the Jeep, so I had no tools with me to install a new battery. Darren the store manager offered to drive to the dealership to help me install the new battery. Darren went above and beyond his duties as a manager. It is nice to know that in today's society there are still people like Darren. Thank you so much!
I purchased some STP (scientifically treated petroleum) in case you didn't know. It is Transmission slip stop+Leak.
I found it works well, HOWEVER,,- 1 SERIOUS issue I have is being blantenly lied to, by way of using the label of STP on the bottle, when IN FACT AND FOR A FACT, the product is indeed manufactured by Auto Zone, for Auto Zone but has a lable slapped on it by --wait for it,, A conglomerate company owning multiple other brands called Spectrum. No where does the company STP if even they still exist, I doubt it, have anything to do with the product itself ever. The thing that really pisses me off Is Auto Zone Customer service refused to and refuses to provide a list of products like this one, nor will they even admit that this is what they are doing rather than selling products they make with auto zone labels. Very sneaky, very milatious in my opinion.
Today I stopped at the AutoZone in Kendall Park NJ and received exceptional customer service from John W and Kevaughan B. They went out of their way to help me and made sure my order was placed for one of the parts I needed and then had the other part hand delivered from another location this afternoon. Both are an asset to the company. Thanks again for providing outstanding customer service!
Go to rock auto if you can wait. You can buy the exact same part and maker for 50 percent less. Its no wonder autozone stock went from 100 dollars to over 600 dollars in a few years. They are raping the public
I went to the store to have a battery checked. RANDA came out and checked, and then rechecked it. She gave us options and we bought a battery. She put in the battery. She did a great job and got us back on the road. Thanks Randa. Jim Kneup
I called these people for help finding a car. Good service on the phone. People were polite and knowledgeable.
Ordered brake rotors and pads. Site was showing items in stock. Delayed shipping 3 times. Customer Service has no clue what is going on and indicating they are escalating issue. No outcomes. Waste of the time and not trustworthy. Cancelled the order and took my business elsewhere.
Went to the autozone on 19th avenue and buckeye and received the best service that went beyond your average help and assistance from Junior Qasemy. I am a disabled customer and he assisted me to the fullest and put me on the right path to be on the road again!

Really easy to use site. All you have to is put year, make, and model of your vehicle and a description of part you are trying to find if you don't know the exact name. There system will then search and find your part with pictures.
I had someone get me parts for my car, they did not have an Auto Zone club card. I tried to have someone in the store transfer the parts to my card, they can not do that but you can do it on the website. Needless to say they can't do it either or maybe can't be bothered to try or ask someone who can.
Desman Conway store 30 good employee, goes above expectation, greets you with a smile, get you the right parts, even if you dont know exactly the name of part, if you can explain just alittle what that part do, he will get you the right parts for your vehicle, thanks Desman.
Buy a lot of my auto parts here the staff really is helpful got me parts for my 1991 chrysler convertible other stores didn't seem to care and said they couldn't get the part I needed anymore, great selection of add on products. Good have parts suppliers that will give extra to find parts you need.
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
