I had a great experience in the autozone store located on bailey Avenue buffalo ny. My sales person was Sandy M. He was very helpful pleasant and knowledgeable. Good customer service is very rare these days... Great job Sandy M of bailey have store buffalo ny *******... Nice to have a clerk who does not mind helping a customer
Juan the manager checked my headlight bulb because I was told by my garage said it would be 200$ but jaun found the bulb and put it in for$18 WOW that was awesome service I am going on a trip today thanks jaun.
Water pump (more expensive and supposedly the best) failed after I months. Cost me another $189 to install new one. The manager of Auto Zone in Port st lucie was rude to say The least when I asked him for a little help on the service fee. They just lost way more than $189 in future business from me alone. Orielly has always treated me well.
Mr. Nana gave me prompt services, checked the engine light and gave me quality service. He was very attentive to my requests and had to be patient to check if it fits.
Nick Damico and The Guy from Cali did an amazing job fixing
What another Local AutoZone didn't do just 21 months before.
Nick n the Cali Guy helped me, when other customers entered
The store 1 would help them, when 2 were in the store they asked
If I would mind if the assisted them. I've been to many parts stores
For many different parts. These guys were F#(KING GREAT!

I recently visited an Autozone store in Clinton, Iowa. I was talking with the saleswoman about the warranty on Duralast Gold brake pads for a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She read off all the features and the parts that are included in the brake kit. When she mentioned the kit includes electronic brake pad sensors, I stopped her and asked if she is looking at the right parts. She flipped the computer screen around and showed me. It says on the computer screen the brake pad kit includes electronic brake pad sensors. I told her she should remove that description from the pad listing. She asked why. I told her a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo does not have electronic brake pad sensors. She got huffy puffy with me and told me I did not know what I was talking about. She went back to the shelves and retrieved the pads. Before opening the box, I told her if there was electronic brake pad sensors in that kit, I will give her $100 cash. She opens the box. Four pads and a bag of mounting shims, no sensors. She takes out a pad, unwraps it and shows me the friction material. I told her that has no electronic components on it and a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee does not have electronic brake pad sensors, I should know, I rebuilt the front of that Jeep and know everything about it. She still insisted I don't know what I am talking about. I told her, Taco Bell is hiring, you should apply for a job there.
I'll never go back to that store, they hire morons who have never been under a vehicle.
The Store Number is 5018. The Employee's Named is Mike W. Mike was excellent! Helped us to pick up the right headlight bulbs, installed the bulbs in a very efficient manner.
It was a very good experience.

Each time I have visited an AutoZone they have been very helpful and have counseled me on specific parts and how they are inserted in my vehicle.
Today I visited the one at 280 Old Drug Store Rd, Garner, NC *******. I needed to change a headlight bulb and was going to change them both at the same time. I asked for some support because the truck is fairly new to me. The response of the employee was, "we are not authorized to change this part". I said okay, and proceeded to buy the part. I asked if he could repeat the expectation of AutoZone, and he said, "we are not authorized to change that part".
I proceeded to O'Reilly's, which was about a mile down the road. I bought the part from them and he coached me through the installation process.
My goal is not to eradicate but to educate.
I was of the opinion that Autozone's protocol included supportive installation. If not then make it known.
The service was fantastic. They helped me install a headlight and we're so friendly. I visited the location on Starkey in Largo and Emilio was wonderful
Juan who is the store manager of the store on Florence and Normandie is a great person... he was very helpful... I treated kindly... I would like to say that I was on the phone with one of your associates by the name of Marquel at store number 4779 for about 20 minutes looking for a part for my car. He found the part and he answered all of my questions (which were many). He was so friendly and helpful that he made feel feel like we were great friends. Thanks to Marquel and the way I was treated by him that I will now patronize your company for all my automotive needs before anyone else. It is employees like him that causes a company to flourish and grow. If I had a company I would surely "steal" him from you. Thank you very much Marquel. Please acknowledge him for his good work and excellent customer service. Thank you for your time in this matter. Dale Brown
Excellent customer service from Mr. Omar T,
The young man had perfect customer service skills and was very helpful. I've been a Automotive shop owner for over 35 years, it's nice to have such service on the other side of the counter. Thank you Omar T.

I went to Auto Zone on 951 and Vanderbilt rd
To get a cabin filter for my car the store manager Patrick helped me get one the last time I was in there he also helped me with headlights for my car also very nice store manager I would definitely go back to auto zone again if I ever need anything
Went to get a headlight bulb replaced and asked the employee to put it in for me. He dropped the inside cover of the headlight in my car. Didn't even apologize. Just told me i would have to go to a dealership to get it replaced. I wont be going back. Thanks for nothing.
I Brought These Brake Pads In 2016 When I Brought My Cadillac Escalade 2000. I Needed Brakes At That Time, So I Went To AutoZone Near Me On Elysian Fields Ave. And Brought My Brakes. It's Been Three Years To This Day Or Before I Brought This Brakes In Photo. AAA+ AutoZone
Giving you a one-star because I have to otherwise it would have been a big fat zero. I have never been so disgusted and appalled at the same time. I walk into a store with two employees and older man and a kid working at the counter nobody else was in there. I needed help. I needed to find the screws to mount my license plates to my new vehicle I didn't know what size I am not a mechanic or a trade person whatsoever. I don't know certain sizes of screws. So I asked if I could get some help with matching screw sizes. His response to me" You're going to have to go figure that out on your own." The manager wouldn't even help me! He just turned around walked outside to smoke a cigarette. One of the customers that heard the conversation actually walked outside with me to tell me what I needed and to go across the street to O'Reilly's and that's exactly what I did. So did he. He was shocked by what he heard. I have shopped with AutoZone for years, spent tons of money. I will never walk the foot in any of your stores nationwide again! I wound up spending three times as much money with O'Reilly's because not only did they treat me with respect and dignity that I deserve as a paying customer, they mounted the plates for me. While these two guys over at AutoZone are screwing around disrespecting clients, and not doing their job. They don't deserve to work You're losing business because of those two. I tell you what if I ever caught my employee treating a customer like that they'd be fired on the spot. I expect corporate to do something about this
I walked into AutoZone on Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown Pennsylvania and there was one customer and one employee all I needed to do was return a warranty Park and it took almost 30 minutes to get that done. When I call on the phone they put me on hold when I go there in person the answer the phone instead of taking care of me. To make it worse the one employee they had was walking as intentionally slow as he could just to aggravate the situation. I think I will go to A&A Auto Parts from now on they have much better service
Help one of the employees do a test on my battery. I had asked for a load test. He proceeded to use amp meter and told me that was a load test. I told him an amp meter only reach the voltage of a battery, the battery needs to be load tested.
I think the guy made pizzas before working at AutoZone no mechanical or electrical knowledge.
I'm actually on hold with the mt Pocono store I was put on a brief hold 15 minutes later someone finally came back to help me I don't understand why this one store is always under staffed you would think that you guys would want to fix that but it seems to me that your company doesn't care if you get a bad review because it's been this way since I can remember. Plus for some reason you people hire people that don't know the first thing about cars, I'm a mechanic myself and i applied for a job at your store because I actually know what I'm doing unlike the people you have working for you and I aced your so called test butttt never got a call. I guess I'm too smart for this so called parts store
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
