Finally got my new tonneau cover. Took a little while to get it, but they were out of stock and it was on back order. Very happy with the product. It fits perfect and was easy to install.

Contacting customer service regarding my order was a two day event due to delays in getting email response. This delayed my order shipping by two business days so I received my order 7 business days after ordering.

I have received my cover in one piece but was unaware that some cutting adjustments were required for the plastic bedliner of my Ram truck.

Just after I ordered my cover, there was a 10% sale starting a couple days later.
So I contacted them about holding my shipment a couple days so I could take advantage of the extra 10%. My item had just shipped out but they credited my card the 10% anyway.
Definitely above and beyond.
