I ordered 2 items for my truck, had shipping issue since I live in Manitoba. One piece took an extra week to come in, had no way to track packages after they were in Manitoba. It all worked out in the end.

Ordered a $2600 Amp Research power step. It did not fit. It's been 3 weeks of trying to get someone at Amp Research to respond in some manner to the issue.
My recommendation is buy elsewhere. Follow-up support is poor and can be none.
Was really happy with everything once I ordered but again, I tried to get a hold of you guys multiple times by phone and email before ordering my running boards to confirm size and fit because I have a dually with a mega cab and never got one response, so that was a little disappointing. I received my order and it was very easy to install. Only one problem. The latch on the left side rail was not the right one. I received a regular latch instead of the special latch for the Ridgeline. I had to phone TruXedo and they sent me the right latch. Now everything is good.

I ordered a tonneau cover and step bars
No hesitation to charge my credit card right away, after 5 business days and 2 emails I get a response confirming the model of my truck. Then 2 and later I get a tracking number.
After I received the tonneau cover I noticed the clip to buckle it closed is broken so I send an email with pictures and again no response.
If you try to call customer service it doesn't even ring and goes straight to an automated voicemail.

Price was good, only half the order came took a few days to get ahold of someone who could help me, order was finally filled. They need someone answering the phone I left several voicemails along with emails etc. Called the HQ of the company and they transferred me to a Chrysler dealer in the Toronto area.
