Once my parcel arrived I was contacted immediately and it was sent off the same day I paid for shipping and arrived within the week to NZ, which was very very good. I was a little surprised at the cost of shipping - they say they have negotiated low rates with the shipping companies, but this does not seem to be true? There was no discount at all, which was disappointing.
Packages were received quickly and undamaged. Love using the service. Very professional. I highly recommend this service.

Iam writing this review from India, after all online research, with less hope I tried Ausff.com.au parcel forwarding services and using it second time for my baby's infant formula tins purchased from woolworths australia, from end to end am very much surprised about their service. Customer support, chat service especially (officer kish) was so good, they were very helpful in explaining things with patience and very informative. They packed my parcel very well and shipping costs are very effective when compared to other services.

I used Auff.com to ship Chinese herbs to Saudi. Their service and communications are productive. They provide different carriers for your parcel. The first time I used DHL. However, the parcel was returned because I didn't write P. O. Box. So, if you choose DHL make sure that your address is P. O. Box and to write it. Then I select Australia post. In my opinion this is better. They provide tracking number immediately. Not like DHL.

Since I registered until now, this company has been very helpful for me. Buying goods in Australia has not been an easy step but with this company, they have made things very simple, you buy they ship to you or they buy for you and ship to you in a timely manner. I don't usually do reviews but was very impressed with ausff.com.au, I had to write one. I have never used a parcel forwarding company before so was a bit wary and anxious as to how it would all work out.
Have to say the service has been second to none. A simple, straightforward system to use. I had a few queries so ended up chatting online with a customer service agent on Wed 11th Jan. Unfortunately I didn't get their name but they were fantastic and totally efficient. Immediately resolved queries I had and by the end of the conversation, I had paid for everything and received invoices, tracking numbers, etc. and my parcel was ready to be shipped out.
Received my parcel from Australia to UK within a week. Would HIGHLY recommend ausff.com.au. Fair pricing, great customer service and total peace of mind. Thank you!

Why do they insist on scan of front and reverse side of credit card. This could be used for identity fraud
The world we live has more Bad than Good! Hence to over our busienss and avoid fraudwe insist on first 6 digts rest details can be masked to give that extra piece of mind.

I had 2 orders from Myers and needed to ship them to Singapore. Ausff did great job, received my parcels, consolidated them into one package and sent it to the destination address.
