Made an account but dont know what the different plans were. For me that was not clear, started with a digital plan and couldnt ship. After contacting customer service they responded fast and said needed to upgrade plan. Plans for me are not good described on website and what procedures you need to take to ship. Either way once past this shipping went good and received parcel.

Customer services are very friendly and helpful. They found my letter which was without C/O due to omission of sender and promptly sent it to me. I already got it. Basically with australian state postal services it took 5 days to receive it in Europe petsonally door to door. Highly recommend them for any business.

Was pleasantly surprise when I receive my delivery within a few days after shipping, as I thought that it might take longer than expected using AUPOST. Contacted the customer service staff (Kish) earlier as I was unable to consolidate the shipment together. However, the staff helped me to compare the various shipping costs and recommended the best for me. Extremely pleased with the service.

Well i chose to ship my item via DHL but it was shipped with the Australian regular mail. 12 days passed and the item still in Australia. I hope i will receive it one day (it's 300AUD worth item)

Paid 80 AUD to forward my parcel thru DHL (with tracking) to Singapore. Instead, I got a tracking number for Austpost. I have not receive my parcel as of now. Forwarded it on 6th Feb. The tracking doesn't help either, still says "processed through facility" in Sydney on 8th Feb. No more update after that. Australia and Singapore is not that far (8 hrs flight). I already received my parcel forwarded from USA at a much lower price.
