Perfect service! It's always a little nerve wracking using a website you've never used before but AusFF have been amazing from start to finish. Super quick processing of my parcel and lighting quick delivery once it was dispatched to me. Will definitely use again. Thank you so much AusFF.
My experience was mostly good, but I do wish there was some kind of automated email prompt to ask the customer if they are ready to complete shipping or if they are prepared to pay storage. I thought I'd paid but it turns out I hadn't and ended up doubling my costs due to storage fees.
Fast shipping & amazing customer service couldn't ask for anything better will third time using them and they come through every time will definitely be using them again.
I would love to recommend AUSFF to anyone who needs a parcel forwarding services. I really commend the prompt service provided by AUSFF.
Once you've gone through the setup/verification process it's easy as. Good price to ship via Australia post option and received my parcel in less than a week (4 business days). Will definitely use again.
While not the cheapest option, it's by far the best and fastest forwarder I've dealt with. I've used Ausff 4 times now and every time it's been processed and shipped to me within hours of arriving at their warehouse, in my hands from there in 3 days.
Chairs came as expected in good condition, staff promptly answered my questions and guided me as this was my first time trying to ship something from australia

I'd been looking for a reliable mail and parcel forwarder to ship my online shopping from Oz to Germany and was confused by the payment models they offered -I also didn't want to sign up to any subscription-based service.
Then I found AusFF and saw that they had a one-time payment model and I decided to give it a try. They consolidated and delivered my parcels fast and with proper care and I got all my items without too much wait. I've used them twice already and will likely use them in the future.

My cart is defective. The price of the product fell slightly from the resale. I will have to cherish this product more. But overall it is good.

Service is good generally and good received. One packet out of 2 was opened but maybe was opened by customs. Shipping prices were more expensive than expected as well but overall it delivered

The whole process of setting up is very cumbersome compared to my experience with a similar kind of platform in US - myUS.com. MyUS.com will make purchases on my behalf if a particular website does not accept a foreign issued credit card. Shipping charges are much cheaper and more efficient.
