I had an awful experience with AUSFF and gladly closed my account.
I needed to ship two A4 envelopes to Europe, weighing 200g and 400g. For each package Ausff quoted AUD 60 with AusPost and I thought that rate was unusually high.
So I went on the Aus Post website and was quoted $40 for Intl. Express and $16.10 for Registered Mail. However, Ausff did not list those options at all.
When I asked Ausff why the rate is so high they said that they had rounded the weight to 1kg?! They had no right to round off by 1kg since AusPost rounds their shipments by 200g increments so basically they were charging me 1kg rate for 200g and 400g weight.
I also found that Ausff had previously done that as well-they had charged me $35 for 200g letter which was another fraud! Have a look at the attached photo to see their deceiving shipping rates and the actual Australia Post rates for 400g weight.
What Ausff did by overcharging me for 1kg was deceiving and unfair.
The Australia Post uses 200g weight increments and that's what Ausff should've charged me for. They also said that I couldn't send clothing in envelope as that's a criminal offence and threatened to close my account for that. They implied that I was committing a criminal offence by sending clothing in an envelope-complete rubbish!
I am a very experienced international sender as I've lived in several countries and have dealt with many post offices and couriers in various countries.
I've sent clothing in A4 and A5 envelopes from many countries, including Australia, and it's never been prohibited.In fact, recently when I was in Australia the local post office worker advised me to put a top in an A4 envelope as it's cheaper.
It turns out that Ausff had also re-packaged my item when I didn't ask for that.
They also wanted to charge me $5 for a photo when their competitors provide 1-2 free photos for each package. All in all-Ausff is a dishonest business. They provide fraudulent shipping rates with rounding to 1kg even if the actual weight just 150-200g!
Their staff are also incompetent by not knowing that clothes can be sent in paper envelopes.
Since we entered into a lengthy dispute about their fraudulent shipping rates, Ausff asked me to close my account, which I gladly did. I was their customer for a while and they've been nothing but unappreciative and disrespectful towards me, plus they ripped me off.
Do yourself a favour and don't deal with them as they are very deceiving.
Service was excellent - received my parcel within in a few days of ordering from merchant. Supper efficient.
My package was supposed to be delivered 5-10 days upon confirmation of the transactions but it was delivered earlier than the said time.
Excellent service, parcel processed and sent very quickly to HK. Every stage is updated by email and so is the tracking and delivery. Nothing more you can ask for!
I am happy that my first experience in using such a facility has been satisfying. The fact that such an efficient service exists is convenient for an online shopper like me. I would like to use AusFF again in the future.
A bit of work to set the account up involving proof of address, but only needs to be done once. Questions answered quickly and helpfully. Package arrived sooner than expected, very satisfied overall.
My experience was positive from start to finish. Email updates were precise and extended on a daily basis. I would only suggest that a reminder be sent to complete the identity check that is required before your goods can be mailed to your home country. For some reason, I was unaware of this requirement and my package stood in storage for an extra two days. However, once I submitted the required documentations, everything progressed quickly and I had my package exactly when AusFF said it would arrive. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
The package is arrived, and in a perfect condition!

Before I discovered AusFF, as an American, I simply had to ignore the many online retail outlets located in Australia, because they didn't offer international shipping. But with AusFF, that issue is now completely circumvented. AusFF is easy to use, it communicates effectively with consumer, and it delivers promptly. The lone potential downside is that the service can become very costly if used without proper planning given beforehand to declared value, weight, parcel size, etc. But in summary, AusFF does an excellent job that instills confidence. I'm already using AusFF again, and am grateful for their outstanding service. Well done!
Awesome service, item got to me faster from Australia to NZ than posting mail within NZ. Was kept informed when item was received by AusFF and then when it was sent to me, I was kept aware of each step.

The issue is you are looking at the rates of DOCUMENTS where as your clothing is NOT considered as DOCUMENTS.
When you asked us send clothing as documents which is a criminal office as per Australian LAW we refused and then you asked us more ILLEGAL things to do, hence we asked you to close your account and we ship your package FREE.
