I just got the goods within 2 days after shipment from Australia to Thailand via DHL. The staff is so friendly.

The shipping was somewhat expensive (pretty much the same as the product itself) but that is because of the country. Not many options to get niche products to my country, was glad to locate this.

1st time using the service. Was doubtful if I am able to recieve my parcel initially and afraid there will be hidden cost. I dropped few messages to the customer service, they are very helpful and responsive. Very fast I cleared my doubt and willing to give it a try.
I will said I didn't make a wrong decision. Everything was so easy and seamless. Smooth transaction and my parcel arrived at my doorstep well packed.

Very good service! The store was the one with the issue, after it finally arrive to AusFF it was quick from there. Was concerned with the authentication process but after it was explained to me by quick customer service response. It made sense. DEF RECOMMEND

Bought shoes at Koolstuff, they do not deliver in Europe. AusFF involved, got an internal address there, Koolstuff sent the goods, forwarded them subsequently to me, tracking was okay, terrific.

Fast and good at replying to queries. All packages arrived promptly with tracking. Helpful when I had an admin issue

Shipment is quite fast. Although, it would be better if there is a facility to check the shipment status by logging in with order number.

Great service by AusFF. I was able to track my order with regular real-time updates with the Aus Post service provided from dispatch to delivery. I'd give them 5 stars but I had limited delivery options to choose from with the only ones available being quite dear and delivery took almost 10 working days despite the high cost. Overall, like the service and definitely will return to use it.
