I'm very satisfied with the easy and fast service especially the chat service. However, for first time user there are some getting used to particularly its timing for parcel notification and shipment instructions.
It took these guys only 3 days to deliver an induction cooktop from NSW to my doorstep in Singapore. It arrived intact!

Great online experience initially with Ausff however I dont think Im getting the service that I paid for. My package arrived to Ausff and I was notified of this in a timely manner and it was dispatched last Monday. I purchased and paid for a DHL non-tracked 3-5 day service but the item has been sent via Australia Post and was only dispatched from Australia on Friday last week (according to the Auspost Tracking). At this stage it is one week after sending and the package is still showing as being dispatched from Australia so I am unsure when I will receive it. NOTE: As of 23 January I STILL do not have my package. I appreciate that Ausff may have thought they were offering me an upgrade by sending via tracked AusPost, however this was exactly why I chose the DHL 3-5 day service - as it is simply so much quicker.

Item was received on time but box was damage and the inside box was damage too. Hope that next time that it will not be damage.

My actual experience with your website was great. Easy to navigate and you alerted me quickly when my package arrived. It was very easy to release from my mailbox. My only issue was with shipping. I selected DHL 3-5 days shipping and it's been almost a week since my package was supposed to be here and the DHL tracking says it's still in Australia, so that has been disappointing.

I have to say I was extremely happy with how easy this company made forwarding mail from an Australian website that wouldn't ship directly to Canada. They were quick at notifying me that my package had arrived with them. Once I selected the shipping service of my choice, they had it shipped out so fast. The package arrived here in Canada very quickly. Overall very pleased with Ausff and would definitely recommend. I will absolutely be using them again.
