Tried to use this service as a distributor because of the tariffs in the United States. Thought this was a slam dunk option, but when it came time to actaully ship the packages, they charged a fee for both that wound up being much more expensive if I shipped directly. It's been a month of trying to get the packages here but unfortunately I can't properly contact the service and now I don't even have access to my packages I had shipped there
They just closed my account with the package I had with them. They would not even lemme ship out the package. You say you don't serve Nigeria, but you allow Nigerians to sign up on your website so you could steal their parcels. A very shady company, to say the least.

It looks like you missed reading on https://clients.ausff.com.au/SignUp.aspx. We don't service customers from Nigeria, and all your electronic packages and others will be returned to the sender.

I made a concierge request through AUSFF. Their concierge request page specifically names PayPal as a form of payment, as does their confirmation email. However, upon communication with the person who would be fulfilling my request, I was told PayPal was not accepted and I was unable to make my purchase as promised.

I recently learned of forwarding services that serve other countries, and I had my eye on something I wanted to purchase but wasn't offered to the USA. I was told about freight forwarding services, and I ran a search and read reviews for AUSFF. There were countless reviews on several sites of overwhelming satisfied customers who had many great things to say about their experiences with AUSFF's services. I immediately had confidence in this company and pulled the trigger on placing the order. I received the mailing address immediately, and I was able to make the purchase within minutes of signing up. The same day the item was delivered to/received by AUSFF I was notified via email, and I submitted my choice in shipping speed AND courier service. They offer extremely reasonable prices on the final leg of shipment as well. No surprise fees or hoops to jump through. Make sure when placing an order to include the special alphanumeric code they provide you when you create an account; this is what helps AUSFF quickly and efficiently get your package to you. I placed this code in address line 2 when I placed the order with the vendor. I chose a one-time service which was being offered at no cost for a promotion, but regular cost for this is only $5. You can't beat that, in my opinion. The terms are simple, cut and dry. The day I paid for the final shipping cost, I also received a confirmation email with the tracking number. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. I had no idea how easy this could be! I can't speak on other companies, but I won't be needing to look into that as I will be using AUSFF for all my freight forwarding needs. I am blown away, and I hope that this review can instill confidence for anyone needing assurance that their goods are in the best hands possible!
I was able to a specific pair of Nike Sneakers that were normally restricted to sale within Australia only (by Nike, not government regulation, so nothinng illegal). The product arrived in 11 days and was in perfect shape. No idea if the shipping cost were higher or below average, but I felt that it was reasonnable considering it was the only option. And they even emailed me to check incorrect shipping details I provided during the purchase rather than ship it without asking any question.
AusFF promptly answered my questions with friendly and helpful advice when my package went for a month long trip around different Australian hubs. As soon as they got the package the process for getting it delivered to NZ was quick and easy.
I asked and paid for a box for my item and instead of putting my item in a box they slapped cardboard on top and on the bottom, wrapped it with tape and called it day. Offered zero protection and my item arrived crushed. Would not recommend. I emailIed them photos of the boxing job they did, the response was dismissive totally ignoring my concerns. Maybe I expect my boxes to have sides and that's unreasonable. So I'll post the pics here and others can decide for themselves.

Summary: your paper bag was put into a box under “double box” and service was provided better than what you had paid.
I understand your loss, and this is because of improper packing provided by the ebay seller in first place for which I would talk to ebay seller and get your issues resolved

Second time I use this service and is great. They have helped minimize the volume of my boxes and have upgraded my packages to arrive faster for same amount of money (when they had the chance)! Can't get any better

My ordeal has gone on for over a year and a half. Ausff lost my item and did not provide any compensation or refund, nor a reasonable explanation. After a year and a half of emails they finally told me "it got lost :(" and there is nothing they can do about it. Lol. Will never trust this company with my goods ever again.
Process is easy. Verification is required but it's quick & easy. Website is easy to navigate & the costs are fair.

I had some address issues being between countries during the COVID-19 travel restrictions and Kish worked with me to make sure it got resolved and the package sent safely. Really helpful.
This is incredibly expensive as a shipping option$85AUD for one clothing package is crazy.
I'm so happy with how quickly my item was forwarded on to me in the eastern U.S. after arriving at AusFF from the tool retailer I purchased an item from. When I learned the retailer wouldn't ship to the states, I wasn't sure what my options were, but I read great reviews about the AusFF forwarding service from others here in the U.S. who had used them, so I thought I'd give it a try. I couldn't be more pleased and plan to use them again when I order tools. AusFF's costs were very reasonable and their communication was excellent - what more could you ask for?

Originally I paid for their Silver service at AU$ 7.00 but then upgraded to their Gold service at AU$ 20.00 and they refunded me the original AU$ 7.00 back with no issue.
Had the eBay items shipped to them and Coles items hand delivered with no problems at all.
Their ID verification process needing photo ID and a utility bill only accepts PDF format online but was able to email JPG photos to them.
Paid on Monday 16th March and the items arrived on Saturday 21st March with email updates inbetween.
Really helpful staff with good comms and fast replies.
Really impressed and would use again in future.
I can't fault the service I received. My package was delivered swiftly and in perfect condition. I was kept well informed about its progress. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to all.

- Their site navigation is extremely easy: I gave up on more than 5 services just because of the difficulty in navigating their sites.
- Their rates are extremely low.
I wouldn't care too much if their rates was high.
Their site is so detailed and extremely easy to navigate to the point that you might not need them.
