As with the first purchase of a watch from Ashford, everything went smoothly... My only note is that I wish ALL vendors had the same delivery timeline as Amazon! Lol Both my watches took a bout 12 days to arrive in Vancouver BC Canada.

Very accurate out of the box, svelte and sharp looking. Perfect for a smaller (6.5") wrist. Very happy with this purchase. Incredibly fast shipping by Ashford. No buyer's remorse with this one! I will mention the pin and collar system on the bracelet was a pain to adjust. They are really tight and pin removal was difficult. Take it to a jeweler for sizing if you are not comfortable doing it yourself.

Watch wears large, it's 43 mm in diameter and thick. I wear it to bed, because I can review the time easily in darkness. Shipping was fast, thank you. I really appreciate the quick handling time and price.

Ordered two watches. There was a bit of delay in shipping, but the watches arrived in a reasonable amount of time. One of the watches had a dead battery when I received it. I contacted Ashford and they handled the situation promptly and professionally. Would definitely order from Ashford again.

I have now purchased two watches from Ashfords. One Hamilton and one Glycine with a Mido or Tissot in the future. These watches when purchased here include the factory warranty. I do not foresee any issues with these Swiss watches but it's nice piece of mind.

I order a Movado watch and you advertised as brand new in the box, well it wasn't. The one you sent was scratched all over the bracelet, you replaced it with another Movado with almost no scratches but it wasn't new as you advertised on your website. I did promise myself not to buy from you again but I do like the sunglasses I'm purchasing today.
