I have now purchased two watches from Ashfords. One Hamilton and one Glycine with a Mido or Tissot in the future. These watches when purchased here include the factory warranty. I do not foresee any issues with these Swiss watches but it's nice piece of mind.

I order a Movado watch and you advertised as brand new in the box, well it wasn't. The one you sent was scratched all over the bracelet, you replaced it with another Movado with almost no scratches but it wasn't new as you advertised on your website. I did promise myself not to buy from you again but I do like the sunglasses I'm purchasing today.

I love purchasing from Ashford. Ashford always offers the very best in brands, at amazing values. This makes the 5th timepiece I have purchased from them and the process, from selection to delivery, has been easy and seamless every time. It goes without saying, I will be back. In fact, there are two items presently in my cart that I will be returning for.
It's a beautiful watch. It really is. But I didn't like the way it felt on my wrist. I requested a return authorization via email ( that's the only route given to request an RMA) but I haven't received a response in a few days. This takes some stars away from customer service. Read your email.
