This was the first time working with ASAP Tickets. Im travelling from Dallas to Malawi, which required a complex itinerary. ASAP got me the the flights that worked for my schedule as well as a great price. I will certainly use them again.
I had never used this company before and was not sure what to expect. Gale was my travel agent and he was outstanding. He was friendly, polite and reassuring. He provided guidance when I was uncertain about certain details and most of all he took into consideration that I will be traveling with children and found the best route at an amazing price. He made the difference between us being able to afford this trip to visit family and having to postpone it. The transaction was easy and smooth. Gale even called me back to follow up and see if I had any questions after the tickets were issued. Im impressed with their customer service and competitive prices. What a great experience! The most important thing was that there was an actual human being on the other line, friendly and professional, but not fakely obsequious like so many US customer service representatives. There was actually time for a little chat, a human connection beyond just the transition - which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. So from a style angle, I already was very grateful to have run across this website, but I have to admit my expectation was pretty low that they would actually deliver a reasonably priced product (i. E. flight). Imagine my surprise when I got a return call much faster than promised with a flight that fit my parameters and was in a reasonable price range! I had looked on my own for hours and here they found the perfect flight for me in just ten minutes! Most importantly, though, was the fact that there was time for a little chatting, even just about the weather where they are, it made it feel like I walked into a store and was having an exchange with a person behind a counter instead of the usual anonymous robots...
The agent Priscilla was very courteous, friendly, accommodating and go out of his way to help. Being the first time to book and purchase the ticket had a pleasant experience to us.
