Our flight schedule got changed. Sales person Spiro went above and beyond for the time and effort and countless hours he put in to accommodate our schedule. When he had to transfer me to a custom service person they were very very rude and didn't care a bit. I called Spiro and explained what happened. He was able to resolve the problem too. I do feel sorry for Spiro for all the hard work he puts forth to have such non caring and P--- POOR Custom support you really need to get rid of those. If it wasn't for Spiro you would have only got a 1 star and that's because I can't give a zero. Thank you again Spiro...

Lotus did the whole looking, finding, and booking experience while I went out with my family to lunch. I did my own search first so I know what's out there. Lotus and her supervisor were very thorough in finding me a flight that meets my criteria. She even stayed an hour beyond her time just to make sure I have everything I need. Very good service. I will call her again to book my next trip this coming January.
The sales are good at selling tickets and prompt to work with. But if you need to make changes or adjustments to your travel, the travel insurance is worthless and the people in the Customer Support area even worse. It is a near-impossible task, days and hours spent on talking to different people each with a different solution, numerous erroneous bank charges, a total nightmare. Enough not to make me want to buy tickets again.

I dealt with a gentleman name Noe. He was determined to be helpful and make sure to answer all of my questions. To be honest, I was a little skeptical about ASAP, at first. But in the end, I saved a few hundred dollars off the ticket prices, got direct service RT, and even got an upgrade to premium economy for the trip home from Europe. I would definitely consider using them again.

I was searching for fairly last minute tickets to Zurich and I got the best price by far by talking with an agent; all the prices online on ASAP and other sites were more expensive. The call did take time, but I appreciated the level of detail Oliver covered in our call, making sure that every piece of information matched to ensure everything was correct. I also got a hotel voucher for three nights included in my ticket, which was an unexpected bonus. I'll see how the actual checking in/flight experience goes, but I am optimistic and so far very happy with ASAPtickets. Side note: I usually never write reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience that I wanted to.
