We had purchased tickets for our European Christmas vacation through a discount travel site only to have the times changed multiple times. Finally, the airline changed the day off our return resulting in us having to completely cancel the tickets and start all over. By that time, I was having a difficult time finding flights that were at decent times, didn't have three stops and no overnight layovers. I decided to try ASAP and was thrilled with the service Matteo provided (at 3am his time!) He listened and was able to accommodate us with the different restrictions we had (due to my husband's job we can't fly on certain airlines or through certain countries). Within 30 minutes he had us booked on flights on the days we wanted with great times, decent layovers and only one stop. And he was able to get us a 4 star hotel with beds for our family of 4 (2 teens) at a reasonable price in the heart of Munich. Matteo saved me a lot of time and stress while the price was what I would have found after hours of searching myself. We will definitely use him again!

We choose to fly on Korean or Asiana for the main reason that they offer a one time no penalty change flight on the return. The ASAP reps had to call Asiana to find out if our flight had this offer. I, also called Asiana and they informed me that it doesnt matter on the booking class but a ticket number. I talked to different ASAP reps and seems they are not familiar with the guidelines of Asiana. As a customer, I feel I shouldnt be the one doing the leg work. As for my ASAP rep, I was very appreciative of his patience.
