An agent named Zlatan C handled my family's request for four tickets to Munich. He was initially responsive and helpful, and found the tickets I needed at a reasonable price.
However, that's when the service ended. He had promised to help me ensure that my family would be seated together by contacting the airline himself. I followed up several times, and he finally responded once with "Don't worry, it will be taken care of" - but it never was. Months passed. When I said I'd had enough, that I would take care of it myself (something I was always happy to do if he had just told me he couldn't do it) and that I would be posting a review of his service, he finally responded immediately.
I don't think one can judge customer service on how the agent does when he/she wants a sale. The key is how professional they are with after-service. Zlatan and ASAP Tickets were extremely poor in that respect.
