While after seeing a very low price online for a trip to the Philippines. Called and the trip had exceptions that no one could meet. However, they continued trying to find a reasonable flight with my dates and couldn't find one. Later, they called me (30 minutes) and they had found my flight with my requirements.

I am writing this review on behalf of my relative who had a very bad experience with ASAP Tickets.
They paid $4000 via Zelle for Hajj travel booking and have already provided all proof of payment. Despite this, the company is still denying that they received the payment.
Their assigned agent Chad has been continuously delaying the matter instead of resolving it, and the customer service team is also not giving any proper response only excuses and delays.
This situation has caused serious mental stress and has put an important Hajj journey at risk. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior from a company dealing with such important travel.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, a formal complaint is being filed with the FTC and further legal action will be taken.
We strongly advise others to avoid this company as this experience appears very suspicious and unreliable.

Checked internet and your companies site cam e up. Within a few minutes I was talking with Kriti. Told Kriti what I was looking for and in a few minutes time she had the information for me. I told her that I would get back within a couple of days but it was only a couple hrs that I called her back and purchased the tickets.
