I usually book all of my travel on line by myself but when traveling with a group and needing certain routes, Found it necessary to use a travel agent. Samba was very helpful and persistent. It took a lot of time to finally reach the best flight and after it was all booked, I received a phone all that one of the flights had already changed. She was able to get it all straightened out and had to stay way beyond her shift to get it finished. You have to be careful when checking out that you don't agree to all of the extra charges that they would like you to pay. I am looking forward to a safe and enjoyable trip.
The guy, Rafi, that helped me was thorough in trying to help me find the best flight plan with my budget and was considering my safety as well.
The process for the payment was a head each. Talked to one agent had to wait then thank to the Banker had to wait answered so many questions before the payment went through. It was a very bad experience.
The agent without being prompted explained the advantages/disadvantages of various flights I was choosing to book. He was very informed and accommodating and persuasive.

We had booked tickets to Manila with a stopover in Taipei for our daughter's wedding. Then came the corona virus and the travel restrictions. We could not go to Manila from Taipei. We had to cancel our flight. And this is two days before our departure date! Then Woodie at Asiana Airlines came to our rescue! He was able to get tickets for our party to Manila connecting through Seoul at a very reasonable price. We won't have as long in Manila but we will still be there in time for our daughter's wedding. Thank you Woodie!
I purchased 3 return tickets from the US to Australia from ASAP over the holidays. We were already in Australia and before getting on a domestic leg of the trip I logged into the domestic airline to see about changing the dates of our ticket.
I discovered that ASAP had cancelled the domestic leg for some reason and they did not notify me. The airline was unable to do anything as they said the travel agent - ASAP - had done this. We were stuck in Sydney with no on-ward ticket to Brisbane. I tried calling and emailing ASAP countless times and NO ONE replied at all, and the agent I had been working with had apparently left and someone else was answering his direct number. I made countless attempts to talk to customer service and I was told someone would call me back, or the number would just disconnect.
They are HORRIBLE so buyers beware if you go with them you roll the dice of being scammed and left abandoned with ZERO support from ASAP. A typical "take your money and run" scam.

It's been the first time I booked from asaptickets. Comparing to other similar services prices for flights are really good and the booking process is simple. The only thing I didn't like much are the hotel offers - the ones free of charge are mostly booked or with shared bathrooms. And the hotel booking doesn't always work properly...
