It's been the first time I booked from asaptickets. Comparing to other similar services prices for flights are really good and the booking process is simple. The only thing I didn't like much are the hotel offers - the ones free of charge are mostly booked or with shared bathrooms. And the hotel booking doesn't always work properly...
Their customer service is very hard to reach and they never call back. Will not be using this service again.

ASAP Travel is an on-line travel company operated by a bunch of crooks out of Riga, Latvia. Customer service is not their strong suit. Although my initial flight ticket price looked very attractive, God help you if you need to change your ticket or request a refund. In my specific case, I was charged 30% of the initial ticket price when I requested a Covid-19 related ticket refund or exchange. Although all major airlines do the exchange FOC, ASAP, your travel agency, used the Covid-19 situation as a money-making opportunity. They charged me a 30% fee for any after sales request. My initial dealings with their salespeople were very pleasant. Until they got my money, they were always very responsive. As soon as my money was in their pockets, everything changed! When I had an issue, my salesperson (Clarkson) became unavailable. I ended up calling my credit card company as I was trying to recoup all the false charges he charged on my credit card, including a mandatory tip...
