Ticket change

Worst ever please purchase at your own risk no one ever assisted us with out ticket change even after effortlessly calling the agent, lost our money even after purchasing the insuarance. Scam

I was told my tickets should be canceled with in 24 hours free of any charges and the agent stated that he will be able to refund it 2nd day if the plan did not work. He did not answer his phone nor e Mail and all the agents won't help. The agent name Erianel, he made me buy the tickets twice so he can cancel one, but deceived me. I was advised to to report them to BBB as per my credit card

I want to say that in my travel planning over the years, I have not had better service than I received yesterday from ASAP Tickets. They found the best pricing, they helped me get a difficult plan set up. I have to plan international travel one way tickets to 4 different countries and it was hard for me to do alone. I now have it done and it was with one call. They were professional, courteous, and responsive, I will use them often and I recommend them to everyone.

I have been booking ticket with ASAP thru an agent called SIRAJ for the last several years until he decided to take advantage of my loyalty and charged me a total $740 to exchange $829 ticket from Newark, NJ to Nairobi, Kenya thru Dalta. I was diagnosed with a serious decease just before travel so I needed to change my ticket so I can see a doctor to OK travel and offered even to prove to them by issues Doctors letter. They agreed to change but only to change my departure to Larguadia $260. I had to change the same ticket again to depart from Newark because Uber to Laguardia is at least $200 each way. When they changed to Newark departure 2 days later, they charged me $480 additional new fee. I basically purhased a new ticket givne the exchange fee. I called The Delta Airline customer service and they confirmed had ticket available for about $1242. 20 including taxes and carrier fees but Siraj or ASAP told me the fees are charged by Delta. I called Delta and they said that's not true. This is the biggest fraud ticket company you want to deal with when it comes to exchange where they take advantage. If I had purchased with air line directly with insurance coverage, I would have NOT be charged $740 exchange fee. I am traveling now but will legally pursue at least most of the exchange commission fraud fee. I will tell all my relatives who have been booking with ASAP to never use them again.

SCAM

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND WHEN FLIGHT GET CANCELLED. THE AGENTS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND EVEN IF AIRLINE CANCELLED MY FLIGHT. AFTER FURTHER RESEARCH I FOUND OUT THAT THEY HAVE MULTIPLE LAWSUITS AND LEGAL COMPLAINTS. LOOK THEM UP AT COMPLAIN.BIZ TO KNOW HOW MUCH OF A SCAMMER THEY ARE! IM STILL DEMANDING FOR A FULL REFUND!

ASAP TICKETS have been holding my refund hostage and refuses to return over $3,000.00 of my money! They continuously give me the runaround. ASAP TICKETS charged me $750.00 to process the my refund, then asked me for an additional $30.00 to put the funds in my account! WORSE COMPANY EVER!
