These are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS of life! Please save yourself the trouble and do not purchase any tickets from them! I bought a ticket from them 2 years ago when the Pandemic was just starting and before then unknowingly making chances to my ticket, they canceled and gave me a « credit » I recently received an email from the actual airline saying I was eligible to get a FULL refund but since I purchased the ticket through them (A third party) I had to call them. I did to start the refund process. My agent name was GLEN. He initially seemed helpful and walked me through the refund process. He told me that there were « refund fees » I would have to pay. My original ticket was $420 and he told me that from that amount they would take $120, I was upset of course because an actual airline company would refund you the full amount but I agreed to the $300 refund. 2 weeks later I received just $120? I immediately called GLEN back and for a month he has been unresponsive. For a month different agents have told me they would email or call me back about the issue and NOTHING. Finally today I speak with an agent Copper who told me that I only received $120 because they took $100 for refund fees and $200 for an airline « penalty fee » this is unheard of because the airline told me I was eligible for a FULL refund and that they technically own the ticket. They have nothing to do with my money. They basically scammed me. This seems like a company straight from India where they scam people. I'm sure all the positive reviews come generated by them. Please save yourselves the headache and don't think you are getting a « deal » from them because trust me, you are not. They will scam you of your money and then disappear. I hope they get shut down! I will take this issue to my bank and high up so that this never happens to anyone again.

I used to love ASAP and reccomended them to all my friends! Awesome customer service and prices, etc. But I will never trust them again with my flights. They seriously messed up, it cost me $2,000 and they never apologized. I had a flight booked, with ticket protection. The airline, not surprisingly, had to change flight plans. It didn't work for me, so I reached out to schedule changes ream to adjust the dates 25 days prior to flight. They said they were "working on it" Next week, I emailed, no response. Next week, they said my orginal booking agent was on it. I kept calling/emailing. 24 hours they finally started talking to me, but oh, there was a $300 penalty since the change was less than 24 hours. I refused to be penalized for their poor service. The manager offered to rebook for an upcharge the exact same price as an entire new booking. I refused. They said they'd refund, 12 days later, after again pretending ignorance, (until I forwarded my agent his very own words that he was working on my refund) they finally got me the paperwork for and I've got $300 back out of the $2000 ticket. Lies, lies and more lies
After protracted obfuscation by Asaptickets they partially honored my voucher but now they are refusing to honor the balance of the voucher and are not returning my phone calls.
I guess they are playing a waiting game with the intention of then declaring that the voucher is no longer valid
I am not going to let them get away with that.
I want Asaptickets to honor the voucher completely.
Now instead of charging the voucher they charged my credit card.
It's getting worse.
They lied to me again.

This is a great company that works hard to get the best prices for your trip. Customer service is great. Will do business again.
Asap has a complicated "ticket protection program" which fails in every respect. As a ticket wholesaler, they lead you to believe that buying this option there is protection when you must fail to take the trip. T
I ended up with no reservation, no refund and no way to use the money I paid for a flight and other worthless fees they charged. The agent was foreign and often not understandable.
In the end, this cost was more then other airlines or sellers asked.
There is no refund, no benefit, no credit to using this fly-by-night operation with people in many foreign countries.
Complications with traffic, airport restrictions and health issues prevented my ever getting to the airport. The connections were poorly planned and original airport was a 3 hour drive just to get there.
If you are a frequent flyer on the carrier line they book you on, you lose all benefits like one free baggage, free carry-on, seat choice, boarding order, etc.
I will not recommend or use ASAP ever again. It is clear that they have a nearly tenuous tie with the carriers.
They have mastered the Bait & Switch techniques.
If your flights are during the weekend, lots of luck getting help if you have other problems.

I have always used ASAP tickets for my international travels. Their travel agents are very attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. They will always try to get you the best flights, if they can, and at a low price.
My travel agent Demi ask all the right questions to give the best delivery of service. This is my second trip using ASAPTRAVEL and Demi. This site will be my go to for travel. I feel like I have a personal travel agent.

ASAP told me that my flights PFMFDF that I could re book my flights up to Mar 2022. Now I am told I can not re book and have to pay over $200 to get my money back! Also ASAP sold me Travel Protection against Covid in case my flights were canceled!

I got a ticket for cameroon 2020 during covid the cameroon borders was close due to covid restrictions. Cost of original ticket from AA is $1477. 20, what I was charged from ASAP ticket was $1938. 69. Do not believe what they say, the ticket protection that they charge you is waist of money cos your ticket is not actually protected.
