My experience with ASAP was wonderful! Eunice was so helpful because I was very anxious about getting a flight very quickly as my husband was having unexpected surgery in Canada and I was in Florida at the time. When I arrived at the Fort Lauderdale airport, everything went so smoothly. I requested a window or aisle seat and I got a window seat. I would highly recommend ASAP for ticket purchasing.

Nearly 2 hours working with Edcel for a ticket-his computer wouldn't work Transfered to Conchita and completed the transaction. Was given a confirmation number and itinerary and told that tickets would follow. No tickets called 10+ times no answer. Finally Demi explained that my ticket had been canceled. Consequently I paid almost $400 more for a less desirable flight. Absolutely heartbreaking for me.
I will say that all 3 employees were very nice to work with but for some reason I will never know I got totally screwed by asap and I will never use this service again I will also spread the word!

Pedro was very considerate- took his time to offer me varied options. Pedro called back when he said he would & I now have a direct line to him so I didn't have to work with others who weren't as thoughtful & didn't understand my needs

Realizing that ASAP has contracts with the airlines, and that United ultimately has to give the refund, it is beyond comprehension that I had to give 250$ to ASAP to start the process of a refund from my trip that dates back to 2019. I would think that ASAP would refund the 1200$+ dollars to its customers and duke it out with United for a refund to keep customers happy. Too much to ask for. Now I cant even get ASAP to respond to a request for an update on the refund. I ask every week, and nothing. What do I do?
