Bought airline tickets for my daughter from Seattle to Arizona for 12/22-12/29, when I got confirmation it was actually booked 12/22/21-1/29/22- a whole month. I was able to reach Darius, my agent, and he cancelled ticket but that was over a week ago and I have not received refund for it. I've left several emails and voicemails and no response. I even gave him a $10 tip!

I am very pleased. I called ASAP and spoke to Dayton who provided me with a few quotes to Prague as requested. After that I continued looking on my own, only to come back and speak to Dayton and choose one the options he provided. Business is not only about money but also people. Dayton was very understanding and eager to help and look for answers to my questions. I was so impressed by his manner and skills that I have saved his email to connect with him in my future travels.

I booked my flight for a price of 2336. 00. Tip and flight insurance all in. Following morning another agent emailed me a quote of 1437. 00, this upset me to a thought of cancelation of previous booking of 2336. 00, i felt insulted, I called the agent and got an answer that she made an error.

One of your agent "Sheldon" is highly professional. Working (buying tickets) for couple of years. If the things are in ASAP control they try their best to accommodate the passenger.
Agents are very polite, but response emails are confusing with multiple entries of the same information. I still have not received my final confirmation. I don't like request for tips as it makes me feel nickeled and dimed.
