It is my feelings that once I have paid for the purchase there is no way to contact the agent. I kept calling for two days to ask a question but no answer from the agent, She even did not feel to return my call though I left message. Must be the policy of the ASAP.
Mendez introduced himself and assured me I was a really person whom he acknowledged as important as if I were family. He displayed confidence with my flight needs and had a great smile!
He was scheduled off at a time I needed support but had already set up for a colleague, Turner, to step up to the task. Turner assisted me as if I was his client and was a superior with knowledge, care and patience as Mendez is.
I have made them and ASAP my personal travel agents and I would recommend them to any of my friends and colleagues.

I booked my flight on Emirates Business Class from NY to Maldives using ASAP TICKETS. The lowest online price I could see was Qatar Airlines round trip at $6000+ and with very long layovers.
ASAP got me business class on Emirates A380-800 from NY to DUBAI to MALDIVES for less than $5000. I was very happy with the savings.
Fenton was excellent in keeping on the job and following through! He was understanding and helpful and gave us many options. He was prompt in calling and emailing and texting. Who could ask for more.
Also I have used ASAP travel before and have always been happy with your service.
Overall, it was a good experience working with Vishnu. The one thing which is not professional in this business is to ask the customer to provide a separate tip for the booking agent. It should be the customer's choice. If you feel that strong, add $20 to ticket base price as std. Service charge for everyone.
The service was beneficial and my needs were met. I was helped with all that i needed and i have no reason to complain due to his proclivity to help in all cases. The experience was terse and to the point and was helpful beyond expectation
Was courteous and helpful but they will sell you what they do not need. Tipping is mandatory on their site.

Asap tickets were awful to deal with and it seems that there are a bunch of con artists sitting as agents to lure the customers. I had bought two tickets from them and mine was rescheduled a few times to which i had to contact the agent to find a flight for myself as i had limited time frame to travel. I was made to pay the fare change even though i had paid the travel protection which does absolutely nothing. There was a flight cancellation to which i was made to buy a brand new ticket way over market price so that i could get a full refund on my previously bought ticket. Unfortunately buying an expensive ticket and they refunded my money $400 less. Not to mention the two days i took off to reach out to them and talk almost 4 hrs on the phone.

Everything went so smooth. Our travel agent, Isidore, was so professional in handling our affairs.
Took time to look at all the options available during this busy Christmas Holiday.
I purchased a ticket from ASAP and in 2 weeks they stolen my ticket number from my reservation and cancel my ticket without my permission and they are saying i have to pay almost $1000 per pasenger and that's for nothing. When i asked for a refund they said it will take more than 2 weeks. Worst exoerience ever.

We spent 3000. 00 for tickets for the family to fly from LAX to London the summer of 2020. The flights were cancelled. It has been two YEARS since booking and I am still getting the runaround. They first said the flight hadn't been cancelled, then said that i had to pay change fe es in order to rebook. Five hundred dollars each for change fees... and the tickets were 700! I refused this inaccurate offer, and contacted someone from the parent company, International Travel Network. That person said he would try to escalate the refund, but the new person assigned to us just questioned us about the "credit" we have and do we want to book a new flight? No, I said, I would like a refund. The latest is the agent is "waiting to hear' from Virgin Atlantic. I called Virgin Atlantic, and they said that ASAP HAS all of the information about the flight, and they are able to issue a refund easily- they do not need to contact Virgin Atlantic to process it. I have not heard back from the ASAP. Rep. This is staggering that they think people are THAT stupid. Everyone knows that if the flight was cancelled, they have to issue a refund. I would never, never EVER deal with this company again. The agents want a commission, period. No matter if you have legit credit or are entitled to a refund. That isn't their concern.
VERY disappointing. I am about to file a complaint.

ASAP Tickets is my go to business for international travel. I've booked with them numerous times and they've exceeded my expectations everytime. They are professional at best! Everyone that I've worked with have worked with me in the price ranges that I've requested.
