Very good experience! I spoke to a representative named Ocean (no pun intended!) who was not only very professional and knowledgeable, but also very kind and patient. He could necessity reached by phone with no waiting time and even assisted me with filling out the necessary forms, keeping his phone on standby. Booked my ticket for today, it got cancelled, now i am stuck at the airport, no one is helping me with ASAP tickets, and also escalation department is being rude, this is done deal for me, will never ever advise anyone to use this website or use any kind of help, this is ridiculous and i am very pissed but well lesson learned, call me on *******728 for more info for asap.
