This ticket agency advertised $800 plus for a flight from LAX to cebu. The agent named Clooney offered me a premium ticket for a price of $1700. Non stop flight and its Philippine Airlines.And on top of that, I am forced to give a tip… for this agent who booked my flight. My original plan is to get a ticket from Feb 2 to 22. He said, there is no available date. The latest available date is Feb 5. Its a bummer, I only requested a vacation request for 2 weeks. I called the 800 number for a refund. I think the phone intercept the calls. Asap knows where its from. Asap wont refund my ticket. I should have listen to my co worker, who told me asap did not refund her ticket. I wont recommend asap to my friends or family member. They are scummers. When I call asap, the agent is from Cebu Philippines. Beware of a scummer. Beware asap. Wag maniwala sa kanila. Kesyo mura sa advertisement, pagdating sa bayaran, Mahal na. They are fast to do your booking. When it comes to my ticket refund. My phone call will ring and I waited for an hour and nobody answers my phone call to get my refund. Will they give my refund back? I guess not. So, Don't buy asap tickets.

I have contacted a couple of other travel agencies before calling on Asap. I am glad I did because working with Becky on our flight reservations was incomparable with my other experiences. Becky was very helpful, patient and went out of her way to find me the best deal and options available. She obtained her supervisor's approval to provide me with a competitive pricing. I told her with our other pending trip this year, I will certainly consider working with her again. She did a fantastic job in helping me, and I would definitely recommend Asap to all of my friends for our future trips.

Bought 2 tickets. The flight was canceled by the airline. We were told we would be getting the money back by the airline.
The airline refunded the tickets to ASAP tickets.
Asap tickets does not want to refund me they claim it was a no show.
They keep on telling me my booking agent will call me back. 2 months later and hasn't happened yet.

I was very stressed, depressed, confused and felt hopeless when the people i thought could help me when i missed my flight were not willing to assist and disappeared. You came to my rescue, even though you charged me something small, you were able to listen and got a solution for me. Thank you Mustafa, you are a gentleman.
