They just take my money, after I paid they don't want help. Before he use to call many times (Drew). After He gets the money he is not able to help it. I keep calling and sent him an Email, he just ignore it because he gets the money(that's the one he wants). My flight was canceled and Air Canada not able to help because I did with ASAP. I keep calling them they don't want help it. Please anybody wants to have a flight don't do it with ASAP(the worst company I have ever seen in my life). In June of 2021 I purchased a round trip ticket for two from Omaha to Honolulu for $1100 a fair price to meet my time restraints. In August our Hawaiian cruise was cancelled because of covid. ASAP charged me over $700 to change our flight from October to November. Next the November cruise was also cancelled so we tried to change our flight back to October 30 and they charged another $500 and we wanted to go to Kona on the Big Island they said that wasn't possible so we had to buy a separate ticket from Honolulu to Kona for another 500. The day of the flight October 30 our flight from Phoenix to Honolulu was cancelled so we had to find our own flight to Kona from Phoenix for an additional $750. Also we were unable to use our Honolulu tickets to Kona so we were out that $500 ticket and we had to buy another one way ticket from Kona to Honolulu for $100. I know you are thinking didn't you have flight insurance yes we did and they said it wasn't covered by insurance. So that's how a $1100 trip to Hawaii turns into a $4000 nightmare. Never book with ASAP if you think the flight might be cancelled or if you have to make changes because of Covid.

Sean and I reviewed several rates, prices from several airlines before we arrived to my final selection. He was patient throughout and persistent without being annoying.
This was my first time using asap tickets, My agent Kansas was simply outstanding, he basically was positive, he had tons of patience as my schedule was really hard to get set. I was in great hands from the start.

I'm surprised any business can operate at this level of incompetence and total disregard of the core of the promise to deliver on their service. There is no concern for sharing customer information with people within ASAP and even externally. I found that my personal travel itinerary was shared twice with a former colleague and with my spouse. What if I was hiding my trip for whatever reason (including security concerns), how was it in ASAP place to share my information without my approval?
ASAP associates are not concerned about the quality of their calls because they know no one is checking and so there will be no consequence. Too many things are wrong here and it is not a one off experience.
Worst of all your flight is never assured. You can pay for your flight 4.5months ahead, pay to protect flight, arrive 5 hours before the fight, provide your COVID test and find that the ticket ASAP issued you is not recognized by the airline. This was my experience. I called them to no avail. When they got tired of transferring me to every Tom, $#*! and Harry, they said they are not able to issue me new ticket but they want first complete their investigation. It's the 3rd day now. I had to pay again to get on another flight that will have me travel for 2 extra days. How can I trust their investigation, when I can't trust their purchase of my ticket or its protection?
