I especially appreciated that he found the best flight and then sent all the details on an email so that we could review. Even though we both know fares can go up minute to minute, there was no pressure to make an instant decision. By the next day, prices had increased a tiny bit, but it was such a good deal in the first place, it was negligible. I also appreciated the step by step help with all of the ticket information entry. I have booked myself online for years, but having an agent to help turned out to take all the stress out of it! That is worth alot. And, of course, the prices were way better than I was finding on my own. At the end of the process, Osman helped me with seat selection. There were alot of. Options, which was a relief. We were not relegated to the back of the plane! Very happy with the entire experience. I am entering Osman into my contacts on my phone, as he is available to help throughout the entire trip. In these times, that is also very reassuring.

I booked 8 tickets with ASAP and Patel was my Agent he went above and beyond to get me a good deal and book the tickets as they were complicated there were some that were leaving on a separate date and we all wanted to come back together, it took him to days of searching and constant corresponding to come up with a good deal that everyone accepted. I purchased airline ticket with good faith, purchased there peace of mind insurance. The agent knew fully about the date changes due to passport renewal delays when I purchased the ticket. Not only she did not change the dates as promised, dissapeared and never returned my calls, emails on time. Three days after date of travel change I was called and demanded to pay extra 250 for the change, when I questioned it she got mad and hung up the phone on me. 6 phone calls later I found out they will NOT honor my ticket, insurance is not covering the issue, because she did not cancel on time when she was aware when I purchased ticket it looks that I cancelled last, no refund, no calls back from her or manager, 6 days later I still have no solid answers. DONT TRUST THEM
