I needed to synchronize my trip with my son who lives in a different state. Since his date availability was very narrow due to his work, it was not easy to do so online by myself. ASAP agent, Samson, helped me to synchronize our trip beautifully. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. He always called me back whenever I left a message on his phone when he was not available right away. I would call this a great customer service. I would recommend ASAP company to anybody who needs to travel with a discount ticket.

Very difficult to understand the Indian people working for this site. I had to call to get help as my suitcase was not checked to the final destination and had to go back to the airport twice to retrieve it. When I found out about it I called 5 times to ask for help and they either hang up on me or pretended to transfer me to somebody else who could help. I was promised a voucher by the agent to cover insurance and their fee, instead it was charged to my credit card. Now I must change the date of return called and emailed the original agent who promised to be there for me anytime I needed, but not only he doesn't answer the phone but not even emails. Very frustrating
At the end, I was so frustated that I HAD TO CANCEL MY TRIP'. Now, I have no trips and I am short over $800. Their agents have no authorities and they will give you false promises just to get your business. They say the calls are recorded so they are obliged to give you what they say but they still didn't do it. They wasted my countless hours calling and talking to them back and forth but with no results.

My agent Idaho went over & beyond to accommodate me, found the best deal & most of all he was very quick in responding all my inquiries and concerns I had!
