Like my first review! My experience with ASAP was great, accurate, and I truly liked having the choice to choose which flight would suit me better. I appreciated the agents patience with me making a decision as to which flight to choose and his courteous attitude which means a lot when your undecided about which flight to choose. My flight directly with american and american is saying that the agency is given me a credit for $513.00 only. Why is that? Do you think because I'm old you can play with me I'm 65 years old and what you are doing is dishonest. You as a company should check on this I thing your agents are making you look real bad. Check on that please and let me know. Thank you. I have lived several messages to the agent who attended me and there is no answer.
The person serving me really wanted to get me the best price for my flight. She explained why the cost was so much more on my planned date as apposed to alternate dates.
I did find a price a little lower but she was so helpful I purchased it through her.

They make fool to ppl by advertising fake promises and thr is no transperancy in services. They just making money by asking any changes in flight dates. After your booking done they never give better service without any single penny. Better to book tickets with any local travel agent. Never book tickets on this fake site. Be aware they are only scammers who looting the people.

Bozeman is the BEST at his job.
He was so patient with a senior lady that has travelled all over the world but not so good with computers,(had a secretary most of my professional life)
He was BEYOND helpful guiding me step by step on the computer, without ever a sign of losing patience!
