I have taken my ticket with ASAP agency from San Francisco to Istanbul. They offered me a care package which meant to be able to change my ticket if I needed at any time. This actually happened and I needed to change my ticket. The ASAP agency didn't act with responsibility which caused me to stay in Istanbul more days and finally I had to buy my own new ticket to come back to U.S. Still they haven't resolve the issue and have had poor communication.
Sales person, Elger was very helpful in meeting my travelling needs. I would definitely recommend this agency.

I was extremely satisfied with Sullivan's support in finding my husband and I just what we wanted for our flights, both for times and dates. He was patient and seem to try his hardest. During the process of research, I was very clear that I wanted the seat assignments INCLUDED with the price of the flight (after all shouldn't a seat be included in a plane ticket!). Without hesitation, I was assured by Sullivan that this was included, but seats could not be selected until after we paid for the flight. And so, satisfied with the flights and prices, we complied. After the money changed hands, we were BLINDSIDED & SHOCKED to learn that we still had to pay for the seat selection... to the tune of $300.00 for the cheep seats (on top of the thousands we'd already spent)! Was he ignorant or manipulative? Is training lacking at ASAP? If he was unsure, why not do the research before making us that promise? We are repeat customers and have recommended ASAP to family and friends, but now we have our doubts as to our loyalty.

I had made a reservation for three travelers, after being on the phone for over an hours, and couldn't get a confirmation. I was told that he/she call me back shortly, after about an hour with no conformation I called and wanted to cancel the reservation, I was told I couldn't cancel, he said that he would get a supervisor, the supervisor said that the representative that I had spoke to a hour earlier was off that day. I never did get a confirmation, and I don't know if the reservation was canceled. I used saap years ago with no problems, but never again
