I used ASAP Tickets when I purchased airline tickets to the Philippines for my wife and myself. They had good prices and the agent who assisted me was very cordial. The problem came when Philippine Airlines cancelled our departure date. I was given the choice of departing two weeks later or requesting a refund. A later departure date wouldn't work for us so I requested a refund. That's when my opinion of ASAP began to change. I spent over three weeks dealing with over eight different agents trying to get my refund. Each one would pass me to another. I wasn't getting anywhere. I watched many YouTube videos of other people facing the same problem in trying to get a refund from ASAP. After my frustration hit its limit, I filed a complaint thru the U.S. Department of Transportation DOT. Eight days after filing the complaint, I received an email from DOT saying they forwarded my complaint to both Philippine Airlines and ASAP Tickets. That same day I was contacted by both companies saying they were contacted by DOT and that my refund was in process. The refund was credited back to my credit card the next day! If you are due a refund, be persistent, don't give up. File a complaint thru the DOT if need be.

Don't use them, not only is there flight not cheaper than other airlines but they don't care about the customers. Having an issue with them even if you purchase extra ticket fee so you can get a refund without any issues
