Worked with Kate, who sent me the initial quote. Then worked with Godfrey who modified by booking at my request and walked me though the ticketing prcess that was very smooth. I got a price that was lower than any of the online travel sites.
No customer support. They don't pick up the phone or not give a callback. When you ask supervisor or manager contact, or they refuse to provide.
I have booked my ticket from Canada to India. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, I can't be able to travel. So I ask for a refund. They said we can't; if you want credit, you have to pay 300$ after a 1 to 3 hr argument. I had no choice to save my 1978$ (Ticket price). So I paid 300$. After a couple of months, I got an email from the airline company (Air Canada) they refunded the money. I tried to call ASAP ticket my rep. But as usual not respond I sent an email. After a couple of days, I got an email saying no refund was approved for your ticket. I said OK, but I want to book another ticket to use that credit. So I ask whether you can provide me with a ticket. They said that they were looking into it. They just wasted my time nine days. After they came back and told me that you have to pay 700$ to get new tickets by using the old ticket. When I check the price, only that was too low, about 1600$ to 1700$. So I refused. I argued nothing was mentioned when they made me pay 300$.
Still, I'm trying to call them no response. Always someone picks up the phone and say your agent is not available.
From that time till today, I m trying to reach them. And trying to get my money or another ticket. NO HELP AT ALL. I TRIED. THIS IS A KIND OF MANTEL HARASSMENT WITH CUSTOMERS. AIRLINE WILL NOT HELP YOU

I would highly recommend that you NEVER you asaptickets.com. They will lie to you. Very hard to work with and very, very unprofessional. My wife and I caught them in a lie and we had proof and yet nothing was done and we where taken advantage of. We have been traveling for over 25 years and have never been so wronged like we was from asaptickets.com. Please use any other travel agency but do not use asaptickets.com. Nothing will ever change if we as consumers don't to something about it.
Please, please do not use asaptickets.com, if you do don't be surprised that you can and will be taken advantage of. Good Luck

Dont book any tickets from asap tickets as they dont care for their customer after i getting paid to them. Zero seevice, no communication and just fake promises on booking. They just give u complaint number and without reason they just send automated same emails and No results at all. No exchange no refunds just only fake promises when u book with them. Never ever book from them,, better to go with local agents or airline firm by online.
