My travel agent is Pollard and from the beginning he was very responsive and accommodating.
Along the way we came across some challenges but instead of leaving me hanging with no airline booking he continued to help me and found a way to work on my budget. He was resourceful and understanding.
Pollard deserves to be recognized for the way he takes care of his client and going above and beyond is really natural to him. I will book with him again and recommend him to my family and friends.!

Dia was very patient and helpful with all of our many questions, She was outstanding, but I didn't realize until the booking was over we were supposed to pay for her services. It would be good if there was information about that up front. Maybe there was, but I didn't see it. So I had to rate her low to avoid paying $100 more dollars. I didn't like that. She was worth it, but the ask was unexpected at the end,
