A friend had a family emergency and needed to travel from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines but did not have the funds for the flight. I was trying to help her, but I had difficulty booking the flight directly with the airline. I contacted ASAP and their agent Tabitha did a fantastic job! I did pay a little more than it would have been booking directly but it was worth every penny. The flight is booked and everyone is happy. Thank you Tabitha and ASAP.
Vance was great! Patient and willing to continue to go back and make changes until we were satisfied. The only issue was that we've not had three different agents try to help us. We've used Vance before so it bounced to him after another agent (Chianti, who was also wonderful) was helping us then today (we've already purchased) another agent called to help.
