Isagani our customer service person assisted us in finding reasonable airfare. He patiently work with our requests and gave us options with the airlines and airports available to get the better deal. We felt personalized help upon buying our ticket moat especially he has good emphaty when he found our the reason of our trip is for attending the funeral of my mother.
I have purchased ticket with ASAP TICKETS and I have requested to change my flight on Jan 22( flight scheduled for Jan 26).
Till today (Feb 4) I have not heard back from them yet regarding my flight change and I am looking to fly around Feb 12 which I have mentioned to asap tickets.
I have made multiple calls to them and the only thing they say is they are receiving high call volumes and will get back to you.
Like how ridiculous this is?
I am highly disappointed by their service.
