My flight was cancelled due to a snowstorm and ASAP suggested a flight three days away. We were stranded in a hotel and so booked with another agency. They promised a refund but even after 7 months, we are yet to see it in our account. My call has been transferred to innumerable people to whom I explain the entire problem. They assure me that they have already processed it but have not yet seen it in my account. I absolutely need those funds to pay bills. This has caused a great deal of stress for me and makes me intimidated about travelling again. They have great reviews as we are encouraged to submit a review in the midst of purchasing a ticket. I gave it a five star like I am sure the others did. Though reviews are helpful in making decisions, not with ASAP. It is deceptive.

I had booked a ticket to Hyderabad India from San Francisco USA. I had taken full coverage insurance from ASAPtickets. I am still yet to get money back as promised. We had made several calls and emails to the site but it always ends up never ending vicious cycle.

I want to commend Chin for her exemplary customer service. We had problems for my mother in law's travel requirements for US as it required travel visa so we had to cancel her flight and book another one on the same day. She went out of her way to help us in booking the next available flight. She was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful all throughout our conversation. Chin was very patient at calm during the entire while we were under so much pressure. She is a very example of a great customer service agent. I hope everyone emulates her. I bought a ticket to fly from Washington to Lisbon. When I did it, I spent USD 49.95 to have Ticket Protection just in case of having to change the data of the flight. It was recommended to me. Unfortunately I had a last minute professional meeting and I had to change the dates of the flight two weeks before the planned trip. They told me that it was impossible to change dates even having buying the Ticket Protection. I lost my money and I had to buy a completely new ticket to go to Portugal.
